Good job on the ad read, thanks for keeping it interesting.
I run Sufshark and love it. Then i also got Aura to remove data brokers
Pretty cool seeing Matt and Jamie show up. Have been a fan of this family for a long time now. It's so fun watching y'all grow up before our eyes.
So loving the brotherly love and guest visit from dad aka Matt and Jaymie... awesome to see the truck getting done and can't wait for finish!
So great to see the Bro’s getting it done!
It's pretty cool to see this truck getting done now! After seeing it in person back in March at your shop, all apart!
Nice to see Matt and Jamie. Also great to see Janelle.
I am VERY glad the motor was not trash.
I dunno leaving that clutch pedal in might be a good theft deterrent and if you wired it to kill the ignition when pushed in would do double duty lol
If someone like Matt ever says “Yeah, you got some work to do” while scratching the back of their neck and turning away….you’re in for a ride
Funny, Kollen who works for Matt’s off Road recovery is working at RAD wearing a Fab Rat Tee shirt
All part of the Utah mafia!
Extra funny cause since Paul fell out of grace with Matt we NEVER see him on the channel
@@RolandWolters67 I have thought the same thing.
It's only been like three months since the off road games, how is that considered "Never?"
@@viperfritz4618 Paul didn’t go to the off road games. He went to Glameth with MOSG
C10 coming along! Hope Janelle is doing well at school!
I’d be doing a compression test to see if the rings and cylinder walls are sealing properly.
Guys, I would suggest doing a compression test. The motor (sure, why not) may be free but the rings could still be stuck.
Seeing Matt wear Nikes and not boots is weird lol
Had to stop video as soon as I noticed NIKE-ies, had to see if I'm not alone about this surprise. Nice shoes Matt! :D
So glad Matt and Rudy teaching them guys to weld we need more welders
This is my inner old guy talking but I wonder how long it will take for him to get tired of those race buckets and go to a nice Tahoe heated seat 😁
Great video.
Rudy, Kaulin, add 1 quart of marvel mystery oil to regular oil for a few days to clean the water and gunk from the insides for a bit.😎👍🏻
The project is coming along 🙌 nicely, Rudy and Collin. My best friend built one of these trucks from junk . He put $40,000 every custom option 383 Stroker engine, air bagged. Custom interior Vintage air the works he did all the work and painted it. It was awesome. 😊😊😊
Great that more work is getting done on Kaulin's truck. Matt and Jamie dropped by. Assembly continues.
You guys are doing a fantastic job! Mom & Dad had to show up to see it. I know they're proud of you!
I wish i had your ability to weld so nicely. SO good having family who enjoy your passion and can help
I like the progress on the truck.
Well done boys!!
It's also the Department of Motor Vehicles, not Department of Engine Vehicles.
That's what I said!
Gotta take that example with a grain of salt tho'. If the DMV naming was accurate there'd be B*stards or A-h*les in there too.
I live in Bali, Indonesia. Much to my chagrin, here a "motor" is a motorbike, and an engine is a "mesin". So when I went to the shop because the motor mounts in my '92 Suzuki 4x4 were shot, I learned that they are called "mounting mesin". Oh, and an electric motor is called a "dinamo". So, I really feel your pain. LOL
Coming along very nice.
A used set of king ranch seats an center console would look great
Good morning Rudy's adventure from Sunny Florida 🌴🐊☀️
Love the way this truck is looking!
Truck is coming along great. I look forward to seeing it in person all complete.
Great build
Good morning 😁🙌🏻
You guys are such a great family.
Nice job guy's, can't wait to see it done 👍 Thanks for taking us along 👌
Masters of hack work.
"We'll figure it out". Certainly sons of Matt!
No doubt it will blow up soon, with Kaulin driving it. How many motors and vehicle has those two boys gone through.
Burnt hand, workman's comp!😬🤐 You'll heal up just fine young man.🏁
I would like to own this truck myself.👍🏼
Can we get some love for Matt's shoe game?!?!?!
Looking so awesome !!
Awesome kicks Matt!
Great job again.
An engine can be a motor but an electric motor can't be an engine.... That's how science works.... LOL
Excellent people making excellent videos!
It is the craziest thing seeing matt in a regular t shirt. But bizarre too see him in some nike dunks!!
Gap the piston rings for boost if ur throwing a turbo on there and it’ll live a sling as if like it too
Nice to see family helping each other. RAD, MORR, (Where did fab rats slide in there.) Have fun with the build. I'm waiting & watching for the start up.
There’s no one stronger than Dad power 🤘
You never experienced Mummy Power..😂
Aloe drink will stop burning instantly. Use externally for burns.
Motor and engine are interchangeable.
Nice seeing your mom and pops. I love the build hate the seats. Those things are terrible. Find a bench seat for it and go back originalish on that other than that man I love it.
Boy can weld good
Hmmm, rotational force....unless it's a linear motor I'd argue a motor provides motion. An engine can be many things, even for searching the internet. 🙂
Nice video as always.
Turbo?
Holy mother of blow-by, with those rusty cylinder walls. That thing’s gonna need a catch can and a half. 😂
Speaking of mothers, yours has some blow by, and what a catch can she has.
How about sprucing up the Shop with some signs? Peoples love to see the Old Gas Station signs and Old License Plates - - you can buy them at a Flea Market or cusomers can send you free one. C'mon Goober's: Brighten up that Grease Pit!
HEY! Good morning Rudy!!
Even engines use motor mounts! 😆
Good morning it's coming along nicely 👍
The truck is taking shape nicely. I really like he Minion hog riding glasses you had on.
Seems like Zach needs a sign like your dads.
"Zach it's HOT!"
Oooh, I thought you would have checked out that engine before putting it into the pickup but perhaps you have saved it. Thanks for the video.
Great work as always.
Just a thought - I love the original mirrors, but now that it's lowered, maybe section the brackets 3 or 4 inches so they sit closer to the cab. (?)
Great build and love the rear end lowering system. Going to be cool
The truck is sick just how it sits you guys are talented
I got a reman from autozone 10 years ago, it came with a 3 year 36k mile warranty and it is still running today.. Just a thought. My previous motor was blown and had no others available.
Best thing for burns is mustard
Thanks Guys
It's nice to see someone in the family lowering a truck instead of raising it to crawl. Thick sway bars front and rear would be a plus along with a rack and pinion steering that is wide enough that the inner tie rod will pivot in line with the lower control arm the help eliminate bump steer and add to the ackerman steering. The truck would drive much better and handle the turns better (well the few turns that I see in your part of the world). I have to drive 5 miles to get away from most turns here in SE Ohio, most roads are one turn after another. When I was younger I drove fast daily and when I came to a warning curve ahead sign and it showed a safe speed for the turn I would double it and subtract 10 mph and always made it thru. I put a new set of G60 series redline tires on my 69 Chevelle and had them worn out both front and rear at 6,000 miles before I even got them paid for. I had them recapped and got 10,000 miles out of them. Crazy times, I'm just glad that I didn't hurt anyone being stupid. I would usually find someone to road race on a daily basis or my day was not complete. I was addicted to speed. This truck is going to be a nice cruiser and is going to feel great to drive. A good driver in a good vehicle can "feel what it's doing by the seat of their pants", as they say in the racing world. The main things are, be safe, enjoy and be proud of what you, and your brother, have created.
Those gents learned from one of the best.
Lookin good fellers!!! It will be so worth your efforts pretty soon!!
y'all called it that just in time good job
Rudy we need a new video where you at
Kinda like Fabrats but with less fires.
It's okay Rudy that you had to take some time we all have those moments where we second guess ourselves or feel like it's overwhelming but I do like your content young man you look like you're very talented and your brother Collins doing a pretty good job too you had a heck of a teacher as well your dad but I wish you the most success of all the videos that you do I appreciate them and I like how Collins truck is coming along I've been watching very intently cuz I do like that truck as well I just think that you ever so often need to take a break you don't have like a whole bunch of people on your side like your dad does so it's going to be hard for a little while keep your head up keep moving on keep doing what you do and don't ever say you're sorry for something that you're trying to make yourself be better at we understand you for true fans they will understand
Engine In peril! Matt shows up to help his boys.
Good job bro ❤❤
since you had the motor partially apart, why not take the heads off for new head gaskets and timing chain to ensure longevity. after all the work to the existing axle, why not just cut the bed a little more for clearance?
Matt was wearing some clever kicks. I think I'm buying a pair.
Ive had a 5.3 and a 4.8 were a lifter turned sideways and blew up and threw tiny little roller bearing all over and blew both engine. just at least pull and clean the lifters and the plastic lifter trays and make sure they look good. but also the engine was full of water so idk how careful you really wanna be
I guess everyones dreams are different but if I got a classic truck like that I would want to make everything cherry, clean and like new but then I don't live out in the country and just want a classic wreck to drive around.
Gday guys its coming along nice
Cale Yarborough used to say “we blew the motor”. Motor it is.
Perfect is close enough for me.
The 44 you plan on putting in will not hold up to the v8/tubo you should check out a 9in for an older mustang
Looks likeca huge chunk of floor removed.....you would definitely need a brace or two....good call
SUMMER Cruisin's right now Bros! 👍😎✊
That's going to be a kick ass truck
Great job on the truck, sucks to deal with water in the engine……
great as always great content very entertaining
Have you heard of Marvel's Mystery Oil. I've used that to free up engines that were completely full of water for 30 years. Got the engine running and ran of for several years before it blew up, cause of abusing it. When it tore it down the cylinder walls and bearings were actually in great condition.
Wow look at those awesome shoes Matt is wearing! You can tell he is off work!
Dude that looks good .she's a runner
So a little water in the engine (motor). Better than mouse house!😁
Love the shoes Matt!!!
4.8 / 5.3 blocks easily bore (but not cheap, lol) to 5.7 size.
You can cry when that motor needs a 100% rebuild..
Great build. Sad about all that work Rudy did to axle just to have to swap it out, but that is fabrication. Good job guys.
That's why I mentioned the 6.2L engine as the 5.3L engines are prone to have head gasket issues.
No clutch pedal? I thought Kaulin was going to have a manual with a shift lever made from metal from his leg injury?
Time to call Texas Speed and Motion Raceworks.
I like the seats!!
