Just found this video, its very helpful thanks so much!! Can you tell me How wide the top of the bucket is , I need to order the plexiglass and make sure its the right width?
Hot glue is not as strong as I would like for something like this I went with a plastic bonding epoxy and it’s built like a tank!! Thank you for sharing this!!
Hi luv .. I'm searching for all the materials to make one .. I seen you use rubber window seal as the gasket between the bucket and plexiglass .. do you happen to know which brand you bought ? I want to make sure I get the right one so it won't leak
Hi! Unfortunately I don’t remember the brand but either way you will have to finesse it a bit to make sure you cut it where it pushes together some but if not just put some sealant in between where the piece begins and ends if that makes sense
17 gallon Muck Bucket- I got from SmartPak online 1/8 inch thick 22inch diameter plexiglass-from amazon(you can buy a thicker glass but I wouldn’t go any thinner) 1/2 inch check valve but most suggest 3/4 metal check valve- Lowe’s (I’d say just get whatever will fit your vacuum better) I used a exacting knife to saw the extra plastic off my check valve so the vacuum would fit tightly 4 inch pvc COUPLING- Lowe’s I used a 5 inch hole saw for the hole in the plexiglass and the coupling fit in perfectly . I also used a hole say for the small hole the size of that would depend on the check valve you choose to buy. Hot glue to secure the pvc couple and check valve so that it wouldn’t move as well as no air escaping. And of course the hot glue to create grip for my balloon Vacmaster Vacuum-from Target
@@alexciasilvera9076 actually making it cost less than buying one online I looked up someone who makes one similar to this style and it’s like +400 making it is around 120ish
I made this and it worked great at first but now it won’t suck the balloon anymore :( any ideas as to why this Hapened ? It’s like the vacuum lost power or something
Depending on what you used to seal it it’s likely a sealant problem and not the vacuum …. Someone in the comments suggested using actual sealant instead of hot glue because the hot glue will give out over time
You can use a balloon pump from the top yes! But what ever you use will need to completed seal the top while blowing the air inside the balloon from the top
@@balloonstunes2675 no the valve would still go in the same place with a balloon pump you are blowing ate in instead of pulling air out so with the balloon pump you would need to be able to attach your pump to like a hose connected to a disk that will cover the opening where the balloon is ….. if you Google balloon stuffing machine there are some that you can use a balloon pump with look up that kind to see the type of hose I’m talking about

Can you make a list of items needed for the DIY thanks
This is actually a great design. What are you using as the gasket on the top of the bucket?

Looks like window sealer

Awesome What inch is your window seal?
Love this clear so i can see in it
what did you use to cut your plexiglass
What's that you have around on top of bucket under pixie glass? do the pixie come up when you fill the balloon up?
Its window seal. If you over fill the balloon it can push it up

Could you explain how you put the window sealant on the bucket
It comes with adhesive on it already I just removed the covering and stuck it on

Do I have to use a vacuum? Or can I use my electric balloon pump?
You can use a balloon pump from the top yes! But what ever you use will need to completed seal the top while blowing the air inside the balloon from the top
So, I would have to put my valve at the top for my electric pump? Instead of at the bottom? I think I said that right lol 😊

Do you have to run the vacuum the entire time you are working on a balloon?
No once it’s expanded it should stay open if your machine is sealed properly
What size ballon to be used?? And what material ballon please help
Brilliant!!
What is the white stuff around the rim of the bucket?
Oh it’s rubber window seal
Plz share a complete video how u completely made this

I have another video to show the exact tools I used for this
I know this video is 2 years old but I just made mine and when I turn on the vacuum my balloon is not inflating.
What do you have around the rim on the bucket?
