Hi...I'm looking for spring upgrade for my 2023 Husky 701 supermoto. Do you know the spring rates for rear and front springs? I'm 95 kg (210 lbs) so wondering what did you go for. Asked two experts, got two different answers 😕
Sweet bike. Im 200 lbs and actually softened the front end a little cuz it felt too rigid over bumps. Im at 13 clicks out and it’s pretty smooth. Haven’t messed with the rear shock yet but it does feel a little soft. No strips on the rear tire, just to give you a reference as to speed🤙 not sure I’ll ever scrub in the entire front tire on the street! Are you in the PNW?
Let us know if you like those mirrors. I ended up returning them. They were so small and couldnt get a perfect adjustment. Now i have the supermofools mirrors and hate those too. My next option is the supermoto mirrors from srmoto when they get them back in stock or the larger CRG bar end mirrors clamped on, the small CRG mirrors don't fit well. I just put on the tst industries fender eliminator/taillight and front blinkers and they work great, but the dash light that tells me the blinkers are on doesn't work, not sure if that is expected after changing them.
These mirrors are not great, but I'm gonna run them for now since the brembo mcs don't have a mirror attachment. I am gonna try the mirrors that are mounted on the barkbusters that flip out. I think those would be the best solutions. My fender eliminator was from eBay. Super generic and also generic turn signals that I spliced in. They are basic but do the job. I think the 4 turn signals were 10 bucks.
I got a more racing brake fluid and EBC EPFA Pads and improved the braking. I tried a friend with a RCS pump and felt sponge (maybe they are not well bleed). I have lots of fun on mine on track too but mine is shorter to do 120mph Top Speed. Use RCS14 ou 15 i think, bigger than that and the brake will be too sensitive.
@@motokenrcs15 was the best upgrade I did on my smcr. I have the original front caliper with rcs15 master, the original master had no feel to it and was leeking drops from the original ”reservoir” during hard brakings
There’s bikes are so underrated they are a hoot to ride every biker should own one fast has f
Hi, did you paint the front fender ?, I'd like the dark colors.
Thank you

You dont need that clutch slave. They sorted it out in 2020

I am also worried about the braking being too much...that is my current dilemma with doing the brake upgrade

Beautiful bike. Keep the spoked wheels, lose the mirrors otherwise that bike is a beast, enjoy
