Frst u should take consent of patient before touching secondly u should always hold thudicum nasal speculum in left hand so that right hand should be free for probing in case of mass /polyp.. and method of posterior rhinoscopy was totally wrong neither u bother about size of mirror ... I'm v Sory but u should do Ur home work frst many medical students round the world might watching u and learning wrong method and wasting thr time
It's not about holding it in the right or left hand.. the thudicum should be held with the non dominant hand.. yes it should have been mentioned by him.

Rt hand might be his NON DOMINANT HAND , that's why he did this !!!
