Beautiful finishes! You have some gorgeous projects going and getting ready to start too. Love the non stitching you add to your videos. I’m a huge reader too so I always love to see what other people have been reading.
Hi Cait! Your cross stitch pillows are adorable! I’ll be looking forward to voting on your March Madness. Love watching your progress on the Beatrix Potter Sampler, it’s my favorite of yours. Thanks for the shout out of my shop. Always appreciate it!
Cinnamon Stars against Love Bugs would be a tough decision! Love both of those. Your little pillows are cute. I think some people use a dough bowl to display. I like a tiered tray for my littles. Happy stitching.
Thank you so much for the shout out! Your finishes are lovely and I adore the Little Women charts - it’s my favourite novel so they’re definitely on my wish list ❤ I love the fabric you’re stitching WRM on - you have such a beautiful eye for fabric and threads 😍😍
I used to live in Chaska and remember those extra cold winters. I live in Montana now so not much has changed winter-wise LOL. But you are so lucky to have Stitchville USA close by! I used to spend many happy hours shopping there. Yes please keep us posted with the TV shows and book reviews! Keep up the good works, you are a very talented stitcher.
Totally love the little pillows finish. They are sooooo cute 😍 I’d love to hear more of your non stitchy content, always gives ideas on what to watch. So now I might have to jump on the last of us wagon 🤭 thanks for sharing !
Do it! It's a great show! And thank you, putting those pillows together wasn't the most fun, but I LOVE how they turned out so it was worth it! Take care!
Always look forward to your flosstubes and happy to say I’ve been here since the beginning. 😊 I also loved friends and dawsons creek when they came out-and recently finished rewatching Dawsons Creek a few months ago. And I agree, DAWSON Is SO annoying and love Pacey!
Another Twin Cities stitcher, I’m so excited to have found you! You came recommended by Jessie from Jessie Marie Does Stuff, and I just binge watched all of your episodes. You have great projects! And I love your new cut and color. I live in Mounds View and work downtown, so we’re practically neighbors 😁.
Love your pillow finishes! In fact, I saw the cute cow on your Instagram last week and immediately went to the Blue Flower and got the pattern and have it kitted up and it is my next project. :)
Your FFOs looks great! I love that sweet little cow 🐮And keep in the non-stitchy stuff! I’ll be checking out Armchair Anonymous, I need more non- true crime podcasts 😊
It's so funny, it'll be a nice break from your true crime stuff, haha. A few of my favorite episodes are "zoom blunders" and "thanksgiving". I also really enjoy the regular armchair expert episodes too - great interviews with celebrities and other notable people too!
Hi Cait! Another great flosstube, thank you!! I started The Last of Us and decided it wasn't for me...but now I am going to have to go back and get through at least episode 3!! (I suppose then I will really be hooked!) Justine (Welcome Stitchery) and I posted a new Flosstube yesterday. If you feel so inclined, so take a look! Have a great week!
Hey Shelly! I totally watched you and Justine yesterday! :) You look like you have so much fun together. I'm hoping to come down to visit the shop during my spring break in April! Your Stars Hollow piece looks awesome - you're all set for spring - I'm so excited for the retreat and to see what the new pattern will look like. Also, I had to laugh when you talked about not loving Adam and Eves on samplers - I feel the exact same way. I'm trying to figure out an alternative to the Adam and Eve on my Consider the Lilies at the moment... And episode 3 of The Last of Us is totally a stand alone, so as long as you have a general idea of what the show is about, you don't even have to watch the rest of ep.1 or start ep.2 :) Take care and have fun at Market!
Okay, I just ordered some Brown Sugar by Fiber on a Whim and my cut was really green too! I have From Nature to Needle on my list to stitch too, it's so cute and I love literally everything she does! Anyways, fantastic update! You really are such a natural at this and your stitching is so freaking beautiful!! Happy stitching! 💜 And please keep the non-stitchy content! I always can use a good book/tv/podcast rec! 😉
Glad I'm not going crazy re: the Brown Sugar! I think I just need to reframe it in my mind - I'm sure it will be perfect for another project. Thanks so much for watching, Brijin! Happy stitching to you and I'll keep the recs coming! :)
Love the extras!! I need to listen to podcasts while stitching, maybe I wouldn't be so enabled to buy so much cross stitch!! Have you ever been to stitchville in cities?
Oh good! I'm glad people are interested in the what I've been watching/listening to suggestions :) And yes! I have been to Stitchville a few times. I need to go more!
Hi. Nice spending time with you as I worked on Long Dog Samplers piece "Saint Georges." I do not necessarily like the non-cross stitch content; however, I do watch and listen as they give me insights into what your generation (at least a segment of it) is watching, reading and/or finds relevant or retro. In addition to the Long Dog Samplers WIP, I am also planning to finish and frame my oldest WIP (Joan Elliott's "Kimono Row") some time this spring. I put my first stitch on it in the last year of the 20th Century and have worked on it off and on while "life" happened, and many TV shows have come and gone and now cool and retro. Stay safe and well.
Thanks so much for your feedback! I will always try to keep the non-stitchy content to the end of the videos in case you ever want to leave early! I totally get it :) You stay safe and well too!
Those pillows are adorable! I'm hoping to get some done soon also. I was watching @StemXStitch the other day and she has a bunch of smalls too. She's doing a series of mini paintings that could be good for some quick stitching in the future. Below Deck is my fav! I watch all versions... Adventure, Sailing Yacht, Med, etc. Circe is on my list too, but if you like audiobooks while stitching, I recommend anything by Taylor Jenkins Reid or Alice Feeney. Both great newer authors that I've discovered.
Thanks for the recs! I love Taylor Jenkins Reid - did you see that Daisy Jones and the Six is going to be a show on Prime? I think it comes up next week!
I love your pillow finishes. Along with cross stitch, reading is one of my biggest passions, so I loved hearing about what you’ve read. Please keep the non-stitchy content!!
So glad you’re joining the SAL! Those are such cute bunnies, can’t wait to see which you choose. And love the fabric for Winter Rose Manor! It’s such a pretty one to stitch. March is going to be a busy month for all us stitchers! 😂 The Last of Us is so good, freaks me out and I need all the lights on but I can’t stop watching.
March is going to be SO busy! I'm taking this weekend to prepare and get everything in order so I can just focus on the stitching! And yes, The Last of Us requires every light to be on! haha. Thanks for watching, Katie! :) Can't wait for your next update!
I love the extra non-stitchy recommendations! And that one episode of the last of us had me in tears! My husband looked at me like I was nuts, but that was like the most romantic story I have ever seen!
I love TV and book talk! Your stitching is beautiful❤
Thank you, Cheryl! 😊 I'll keep it coming!
I really like the book, podcast and TV recommendations. Happy stitching.
Wonderful! Thanks for letting me know :)
Beautiful projects and stitching! Happy stitching!
Thank you, Pat!
Yes! Love the non-stitchy content as much as the stitch stuff.
Noted! :) Thank you for watching!
Love Summer on February 26th ! Go, Cait!!
haha, thank you! It's necessary when the weather is like it is, right?
I like the additional content as I am always looking for things to listen to throughout my day. Thanks!
Thanks for your feedback! I will keep it in for the future :)

Thank you so much, Colleen. Your bags are truly my favorite! Thanks a bunch for watching :)
You can use chenille on your Meg pillow...you sew it on after it's sewn together. Enjoyed your flosstube! Happy Stitching 😊
Good thought about the chenille! Thanks so much for watching! :)
Your pillow finishes are so cute!!! Now you need a dough bowl for display!
I do need a dough bowl! I'll keep my eyes open as I thrift and antique! :)
Cinnamon Stars against Love Bugs would be a tough decision! Love both of those. Your little pillows are cute. I think some people use a dough bowl to display. I like a tiered tray for my littles. Happy stitching.
Good tips, thank you! :) And yes, I'm excited to see what people will choose! Take care!

You are so welcome, Alyx! Thanks so much for watching :) I saw that Dear Sukie also just released a Little Women chart that is super cute!
Great flosstube - always enjoy seeing what your up to! Stitch Away!
Thank you! 😊
Put your little pillows in a smal bowl for decorations. They will look real nice!
Great idea!!
I love the non-Stitchy stuff! Below deck med is my fav!!!
All the drama! And I also love to see the scenery and day dream about winning the lottery and chartering a yacht in the Med, haha. Thanks, Shannon! :)
Great video! Love seeing your progress and plans. Thanks for the book recommendations too!
Thanks so much! 😊

Thank you so much! Yes, Stitchville is so wonderful - I need to spend more time there, I've only been 1 or 2 times! Take care, Kelly :)

Haha, Dawson is just the worst! 🤣 And thank you so much for watching, Jess! I'm just in love with my beauitful bag 😍
@@cross_stitch_cait1 awe! I’m so glad. 💕
