Thanks for hanging back and getting me on video @dashoffroad and to Cliffy who was spotting for me.
This is absolutely beautiful in both sight ,sound n performance! VIVA PATROL!
Super impressed with how the Y62s go. You don't need to worry about video length, I wouldn't miss a minute of it!
Always great to see these long vids.. Good content Dave 👍
Keep up the good work DASH.
Great stuff mate! Looking forward to seeing the damage aftermath! Nice to see you captured the 200 going up also! Much respect! #LC200
Brutal 😅💪👌👍 great trip wish I was there 😍
The Y62’s make it look so simple
Well done boys.. I’ll come next year for sure..
Great video
Just love watching this vid together with my big JBL bluetooth speaker. THE SOUND these V8s make!!!!!😁👍
Silky smooth product placement 😉 JBL
George is the boss!
I need more friends like you lol 🦾👌🏽🤣 it’s a team game mate and we have some amazing crews Australia wide ❤️
23:58 this trucks my favorite conversion
Dave, great videos mate, keep up the good work. Hey um, I’m real keen to get some more info on your solar setup, 48v is just sick!
Nissan really need to send their sales team there when you guys do this so they can actually learn what these cars a capable of doing. They might sell more if they experience this..... anther great blog mate, some good footage as well. Keep it up.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🍻
Up the nav 🤙🤙
If anyone thinks that the Y62 are not capable cars tell them to watch this video. That last climb you did was painful to watch and the few cars before you. It just seemed to me you were taking the wrong line, to much to the left, as you were going to end up in the rut regardless. The cars after you seemed take the right line.
Yes, poor driving from me on this trip 🤦🏼♂️
hi Dave, how do you get your tyre pressure monitor to work when stationary? do you have an after market system? Awesome channel BTW !!
I think it detects change, so if it’s not registering, just give it a minute
Sound so good.
And the American TFL guy’s reckon the Y62/ Armada (I think) aren’t suitable or won’t be used off road.
Am I allowed to share link to them if I can work out how?
The Armada has same engine gearbox, some I understand are not even 4x4and I think the running gear under the skin might be quite different.
@@kerryottley8116 you are correct just off top of head they have y62 called something else but can’t remember what.
On checking then Armada is the equivalent to Patrol in USA .
Go for it 👍
Any damage Dave. It looked like you may have bounced off your front guard like my son did on camp road.... ouch
I’ll have to give it a good wash and have a look. Few scrapes on the wheels, but doesn’t look too bad
Hi Dave, I want to buy a Y62 for a trip around oz, looked everywhere for maintenance videos, things like engine oil and filter change, transmission service, air con, cabin filters ect ect. General maintenance for the Y62. Can you do this sort of thing or point me in the right direction for Y62 maintenance Videos Cheers
Hi stev mate what type of driving and off road work are you looking at doing whilst on tour of Oz we've been living on the road now for 9 months and seen things we travelled alot of dirty and dusty roads and mud river crossing and done some big kilometres whilst on this trip and with another chapter just starting from the east coast to west coast and we can't wait spare cabin filter air box filter fuel filter a daul filter kit and the list is endless

I am just a steady driver, Beach, Moderate Tracks , Outback Australia. I never take my cars back to the dealers as I do not trust them. Generally I do all my own maintenance but cannot find a channel that does Y62 maintenance.
It’s funny how all the GQ’s are trying to get exposure on your channel Dave cutting in etc.
