If IBEC can receive tax relief on union subs and workers cannot then clearly the contract of service and contract of care is moot.. Employers shouldn't be in a unions receiving tax relief on said subs ,as workers are then forced into their union (IBEC) contrary to the European Covenant on forced union membership...The pensions could be challenged based on the covenant and the government would have to pay the "dead weight" back-dated worker's tax relief on their subs amounting to billions in liability and pensions would be "black ops" plated pensions and witheld.
