One more season would’ve been perfect. We could’ve gotten Max and Randy’s wedding, see where Caroline and Bobby’s relationship went, and finally see Max and Caroline achieve their financial dreams. But no we can’t have nice things now can we? Cancel a fantastic show for some flop sitcoms to have some air time 💀
I love how their relationship made Max go from "those are stupid cupcakes I make because my day gets a tiny bit brighter with them, and I have no other hopes or dreams for life" to "here's an original business idea we can invest our time and efforts into in order to have success". Love my girls

The woman, who was a producer/writer on the show, I forgot her name, did a comedy special and I instantly recognize the style. She is hilarious. I hope she'll be able to do a similar show again. With less butt hurt people complaining

I wish they had continued with the last season. I started watching this cause I learned Whitney is the writer on this show and I enjoyed her comedy stand-ups, and just as I thought I immediately fell in love with this show. More than the comedy aspect the show has some great points about being a family without being blood-related, their struggle to achieve financial independence, and the way they kept working towards achieving their dream with multiple setbacks. I watch this in my mid 20 and I'm almost in my late 20s. It had kept me afloat during hard times. I know why the show got canceled but honestly don't understand it there are so many shitty shows going on and on and they decided to cancel such a good show, also the viewer rating got a drop to s6 as it had many continuation episodes, and people claiming it boring and the other complains of being inappropriate and se*ual joke and all. When I was looking for why it ended and how many seasons was meant to be. The writer stated they were working as the seasons were getting picked up, so they never thought six or just one more season would be ending so they never wrote the story that way and they all wanted to get the season picked up for at least one more time to give the character and the audience a proper ending but it didn’t happen so they tried there best to conclude it without going way too unrealistic about it.
