Honey Jerk Salmon Recipe
Ingredients List
---------
2 salmon fillets (cut into pieces or leave whole)
1/2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp jerk seasoning (use more or less to preference)
1/4 tsp gravy browning (optional)
1 tbsp honey
250g pasta cooked in 1/2 tsp salt and 3 cups water
1-2 tbsp butter
1 mini red green and yellow bell pepper or chilies
1/2 small white onion
1/2 tsp minded garlic
1/2 can coconut milk
1/2 cup double cream
1 handful of your favorite cheese (I used nature cheddar and Parmesan)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
Parsley for garnishing
Always taste and adjust seasonings as my recipe acts only as a guide. Individual tastebuds are different and substitutions can be made throughout.) Terri

Watched this last night before I went to bed...it's been on my mind all day. Had some salmon in the fridge, went to the shop to get cream and honey. I had to make it today. Hopefully it taste as good as yours looks

I cooked this today. I won’t add oil to my salmon next time as I found that plus butter in the pan (I used a wok) to be too much and it was a little oily for me. Only a little oily but I think for me personally I don’t need oil-just butter melted. I also added a spoon of the green seasoning and some fish seasoning. All in all, I’m so happy with this dish. Thanks for sharing it with us all ❤️

I made this tonight. It was very yummy. I had a few accidents (too much coconut milk, and grabbing the agave instead of the honey in my haste) but it was still very good and my daughter loved it. i added some scotch bonnet pepper to spice it up for us. Thank you for such an easy to understand, no nonsense video.
