If your regular wake up time is 9, take it slow while moving towards 5 am wake up. 2. Find out what your motivation is to wake up early. If you have something to look forward to in the morning, it will motivate you to get up early. 3. Finally, sometimes we feel lazy and don’t want to get up. In these times, just counting to 5 and getting up might help! :)
Winter's are around the corner, so what I would say is for next 2 month's i.e. December and January aaram se utho.. why to make your body uncomfortable and sleep well...and from Mid February when winter's will start getting over than u wake up @5AM.. Btw the vlog was nice..😊
If u have to getting up at 5 am firstly fix ur sleep... That 6-7 Sleep must required so starting sleeping at 11-12 at night. I don't know if it'll work for u but i wake up at 4 daily and mai roz raat ko apne liye cold coffee bnake bed ke side mei rakh deti hu and as soon as my alarm rings i drink that coffee and turn off the alarm literally meri aankhe bhi ni khul hoti uss time😂 par fir mai alarm bnd krti hu and after some minutes coffee hit kar jaati h and uthna hi padta h 😂😂😂 u can try it for a day and plzz tell me if it worked for u ❤
