No matter how many times I listen to this it still manages to make me tear up and cry. It somehow just finds a new way to pierce into my memories and make me question what could have been
It's crazy how I had this song shazamed in 2019 to put it in my playlist later, but forgot to after all these years. Fast forward to 2023, I was looking through my Shazam library to download all the songs I haven't yet and stumbled upon this one. I listened to the preview and fell in love with it all over again. This song is so captivating.
I'm glad I still search for music.
I'm a few seconds in and my heart's melting already. I read that you made this after a breakup, rough time. I couldn't help but dance along to the sadness, the loss and the hope that it's going to be okay. That embracing pain is good too, for the mean time taking it all in, only to empty our cup so we could fill it up with new, spontaneous and genuine memories again.
