Thank you for your insight. Speaking up about this is not easy and most certainly not for the idols themselves. It can be difficult because a lot of the times even if the fans are the ones in the wrong the idols blames themselves thinking it’s their fault for this or that reason. They place fans before themselves. While this is incredibly admirable of them and shows their great affection for the fans, I can’t help but worry for how this affects their mental health. My biggest dilemma in kpop is by far this ideology that fans can control and say anything about idols because they feel entitled. Fans can very easily manipulate an idols career by making a few posts and unfortunately if it becomes a big scandal their career can end. Sadly, Sometimes it’s not even “fans” but just people who don’t like them. I cannot believe how easy it can be for people to just tumble down on a person’s hard work and dreams. Failing to see artists as normal people is the biggest mistake many make. It hurts to see the idols we love go through this. My consolation is that like you said these artists are incredibly humble and strong people i think being together in a group is their greatest asset and strength to keep going despite the immense pressure of being a public figure.

Unfortunately there are always crazy fans, but there is actually a term used for the super obsessed ones like the guy who tried to kidnap Taeyong and they are known as Sasaengs and they are generally the ones that cause this issues. In the first video u saw, the fan actually was trying to kidnap Taeyeon. Thankfully her band mate, her manager and staff they were able to break his hold on her and pinned him down. And the video of Mina being scolded by a fan at a fan sign, a little more background about that. Unfortunately there are always crazy fans, but there is actually a term used for the super obsessed ones like the guy who tried to kidnap Taeyong and they are known as Sasaengs and they are generally the ones that cause this issues. I always feel so bad for the idols who have to deal with these people and really wish there was a way to make them realize that what they are doing is wrong.

In one part the lyrics say "Die Menschen können gut denken, doch sie denken nicht so viel", which means "Humans are good at thinking, but they don't think that much" and I think that is very accurate.

In the first video u saw, the fan actually was trying to kidnap Taeyeon. Thankfully her band mate, her manager and staff they were able to break his hold on her and pinned him down.

Earlier this past summer, we (the fans) found out, through Mina herself that their leader, Jimin (the one sitting next to her having a ball with her stuffed animals) was actually BULLYING Mina since debut. She really didn't care weather the fans were mean to Mina. Jimin herself was basically bullying her from their debut.
