Labour's Jackie Baillie highlighted the alleged £450m EU funding underspend and then went further, saying: 'Presiding Officer New analysis published by the Scottish Labour Party today reveals the SNP Oh, wait for it wait for it, reveals that the SNP has wasted £5 billion since they came to office.
That includes agencies crossing the over 1.6 billion delayed discharge costing over 1.3 billion varies now. £330 million over budget and the list goes on.'

Doing a grand job of tackling child poverty! its went from one in seven kids to one in four Scots kids in poverty, the only tackling being done to the kids is dirty big two footers.
I can believe how delusional the SNP sat in that chamber have become . There is time where a change is as good as a holiday and the past 17 year the SNP have been on holiday with the Scottish purse and wasted far far too much to consider their protestations that the other parties would perform worse . They were given a huge mandate to improve Scotland but the things that matter are in tatters. If they can't be clear with properly spending the money from Europe whom they dream to join up with, can't complete the required paperwork or administrative regulations to the standards expected by the Eu for accountability and projection of spending the provided funding, how can a population look to them and actually trust that giving them full control over a fully independent Scotland and the huge amount of bureaucracy that would entail between the home nations, the Eu and the global economic market would be carried out in a fashion that wouldn't automatically become obfuscated and corruptible given the hell of alot of internal issue that they have faced with corruption and till dipping by their members with political positions.
Kate Forbes doesn't really explain the why instead she attacks the party. I would rather hear about what the govt done or not done with the money and why. Each time I watch one of these, the SNP don't ever do themselves any justice. Time for change.

The EU funding is money circulation, so the money granted to us to spend actually comes from us. The knock on effect is that if we don’t spend it, it’s swallowed by the rest of the EU overspending.
