Hi there! Would you be able to do a video on a double car catalyst? I'm 16, and going into a engineering school, and I wouldn't mind seeing something like this explained in more detail as I wouldn't mind trying to design one... really what I know is a normal car catalyst converter, converts carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide,, and I believe its a platinum converter car company's use (sorry if I am wrong there!) and all I know at the moment is to convert the carbon dioxide into water (I also believe it is), you need a iron catalyst... but I don't understand how using a iron catalyst would work to convert the carbon dioxide to water or something else... I would much appreciate if you or anyone helped explain this more. Thanks:)
I don't think so. My friend used to be in shell eco marathon and he said that their engine is from some motorcylce or something. The point is they don't build it themselves
those are probably the two best looking cars you've shown so far. Really like how they explained things too. This is such a cool competition!
They definitely were the only other competition was covington LA's cars and another modeled after a model T but I forgot the collages name
Fun Fact! The red car was driven by Fernando Alonso (Ferrari F1 Driver). facebook.com/video.php?v=833727333336656
Sick interview, keep them coming!
Glad you enjoyed!

That's my school. Go dawgs. Nice interview.
what is meant by " cvp " ?
lold hard at the fat guy running in the background at 7:28
Oh and they run a megasquirt ecu on this thing!
Is this just college teams, or high school as well?
Collage and high school
So this is the sound produce without muffler and stuff
Did they actually build the engines?

no turbo on the diesel?!
Too much extra weight.
ok
There was no turbo this year because of time constraints. Our turbo should be ready to go before the competition in Detroit.
Thats cool
William B
Hey nice name :D
dat cola bottle though haha
I'd go there and build a really fast car but it still looks like it belongs. Gonna hide a turbo and intercooler somewhere in there just as a joke.
Hahahahaha that'd be pretty funny. Too bad you would score last...
Arthur Sperotto Yeah, but I'd lap every other car on that track.
Your thumbnail says invertiew, thought you'd like to know ;)
Haha wow, some fine spelling I have as an engineer, thanks for pointing this out!
Engineering Explained could you do a video on cars that have paddle shifters and how they work? if you have can you refer me to the vid ?
soo ahhhm, and ahhm, so and, ahhhhm, ahhhhhm .....
