- Gabby & Beau spent the morning in the nest tree together. After a morning rain shower, Beau is seen on the wallenda branch drying off his feathers. Gabby flies in to the nest with a big stick and places it and heads to LOP. They both will fly off right before noon.
In the evening, Beau flies to the nest - then over to the LOP as he waited for Gabby in the rain. After waiting about a half hour he flew off to look for her. Thank you for watching!

It looks to me like Beau was in a fight with the other eagle (with hurt feet) and Beau won. The other eagle hasn’t been back since Beau returned. Hope he is not dead. I really wanted Gabby to stay with him. 😢

Gabby’s love life is a roller coaster. I’m backing from her saga, for now.
I know I shouldn’t ascribe human emotions to these magnificent birds, but my own feelings are what they are.

I just started watching, so I don't know either of these Eagles. However, I didn't like the other one who tried to take Beau's place. I don't care if he's injured. He needs to stay away. I feel sorry for Beau. He's always waiting for Gabby.
Personally, the West Coast Eagles don't have all this drama. They stay together all year.
I think it’s interesting how she was bonding with the other male with nest work and now it’s come to a halt
many feel she tolerated him and allowed him in the nest so that Beau could heal and no more confrontations while Beau was healing. Eagles have their own thoughts and she most likely knew where Beau was all the time. Distraction worked and Beau was left alone to heal. And she got some nest work out of him. Gabby is bonded to Beau without a doubt. There were never any soft cooings or vocals that I ever heard anyone say with the other guy. She used him and she's quite smart.
I don't see team work either with Beau, like other eagles couples that both provide materials to the nest. With 24E1, I could see that work.
@@candyr7299 I think she is stuck with Beau bc he won’t leave. Her actions show that. She just stopped nest work and last night appears as though she was trying to get away from him
@@candyr7299 also Gabby has never cooed at Beau. She did uncomfortable whines. Even avian experts have confirmed that. AEF mods will try and sell this Disney love story but many of us don’t believe it for a second

I think Gabby prefers 24E1 but unfortunately they are in Beau’s territory so he will defend it with his heart. It was clear that Gabby and 24E1 already bonded. I hope 24E1 is ok.
Beau looks pretty healthy. I was surprised he came back but he has mated with Gabby. Maybe it will work out.
