This is one of my all-time favourite topics because it's so important to me. Learning to love myself has been one of the biggest lessons I've learned in life. And now, I want to share everything I've done to learn how to love myself unconditionally.

Thank you Dulce for reminding me about boundaries. Last year I had a micro manager who crossed many boundaries and it’s a reminder to be thankful that I love the company I work for now and gratefulness that I was able to escape that. I showed that I loved myself by getting out of that toxic environment and found a better environment to surround myself in

I recently had a therapy session and my therapist has expressed that she feels I have more of an issue with self worth vs self esteem. This has hit me HARD. I don't feel like I deserve much and that's a sad realization. I feel like I cannot demand a lot because of how I look physically.

Hello! My thoughts and feelings about your question regarding us having to be taught self love are that we don’t need to be taught self love. We just need to realize that we were taught how to conform and adapt. I do not think we need to be taught how to love I think it is innate…we need to be disciplined to spend time with ourselves and the self-love will follow once we realize that we are not just our minds and our fears. Idk if I make any sense.

Sometimes l feel like a failure and l really shouldn't feel that way but am not a know it all

I do criticize the way l look
Also in Christianity it says we shouldn’t accept our shadow selves the part of us which are evil and selfish, we should always work to be more like God who is patient kind and loving. Of course we’ll never be perfect, but we shouldn’t love every part of ourselves (including the bad) because we come from sin ever since the forbidden fruit was eaten. And you mentioned shame and how we should be okay with it but shame came about after the fruit was eaten. It is a negative thing that never existed before sin.

I’m confused, are you into New Ageism (source and all about the self) or Christianity (God and where it’s not about the self) don’t quote me on this but I think in the bible it says we were made in his image and not every single one of us is a reflection of God (like you just said), bc some people are down right evil and satanic….. New ageism is actually satanic, where we put ourselves first and think we can manifest everything through though alone. In the Bible it says satan disguised himself as an angel of light. This stuff you are teaching is dangerous to those who are impressionable…. Do some more research before you come on here as some enlightened spiritual teacher…
