- The Octuple Bypass Burger at the Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas clocks in at 20,000 Calories. In this food challenge, I attempt to take down not just one but two of these high calorie burgers. This high calorie burger challenge was unlike anything I've ever done before. If I was unable to complete the food challenge in under 40 minutes, then I was going to get spanked. As someone that has been to the heart attack grill and been over 350lbs at the time, the deal is that you get a single burger and fries for free with the purchase of a drink. You can get as many rounds of the food for free, but they weigh you in between rounds and you have to purchase a drink with each round. The food is insanely delicious.
