It definitely helps, i can now go out on my bike for atleast an hour per day, and i also get off and just walk with it. I think it helps me knowing if i feel the signs of panic coming on i can escape if i need to, i challenge myself to stay walking with it for as long as possible. And while being out riding you are more focused about riding your bike while actually enjoying being outside, you should try it if you can :)
Anxiety United you should try something like outdoor sports which include other people , walking has one problem and that is you are walking physically but mentally you are still stuck in those anxious thought of future and past.
I started my first morning walk and have done so much in the house - been a proper "wifey" and it's almost clean!!! Let's hope tomorrow for all of us is a better day
Have you tried riding a bike to get further from home and get out more often? it will be good exercise too, which could also help with your anxiety.

you are feeling anxious while you are shooting or its the tiredness?? I see your breathing has been got faster!

Have you tried doing your walks first thing in the morning - so you don't anticipate the anxiety - that is what is my worst thing
sue cathcart I haven't yet. The anticipation is something I want to try and overcome so I've been purposely waiting till later in the day.
I hate the flippity floppy anticipation !
