bro i made 4x2 feet tank same as u. small drops of water leakage found in bottom part of width side. pls tell me how to fix the problem. i tried to remove the silcone to reseal. but cant remove the full silicone in width side due to bracing.
Without removing the silicon, apply another beat of silicon on it

Bro for canister tube can we give little gap in both side to fir canister tube brazing size bro my tank is 6 feet by 2.4 height i have finished by tank but brazing has not kept what size i should keep only top brazing is enough because it is difficult to keep brazing on bottom tank is fixed so only top brazing is enough what size should i keep guide me bro

What is the actual purpose of bracing. Does it helps the silicon joint remain strong or does it gives strength to glass to avoid breaking.
The reason I am asking is I will use a most strong industrial glass bonding chemical which makes 2 glass into one permanently if applied. Only option to detach the glass is to break but glass will not detach as in case of silicon if tried with knife or blade . Will I still need braces at bottom if I just give centre and side braces at top only. I am not using silicon.

Hai 220 cm length 64 cm height and 20 cm breadth.i constructed an aquarium with 10mm glass.but when half the volume of aquarium was filled with water the centre portion bulged and 10 cm reinforcing glass which was placed at the centre, was detached breaking the seal.can I use the aquarium using a 50 or 60 cm length glass reinforcement at the centre top of the aquarium..?

You should have used 12mm glass for this size fish tank with brazing.
But no problem provide the bottom brazing length Wise 50mm width glass(10mm glass thickness).
Top brazing you should provide length+width wise (both directions)
Width brazing spacing- should be 2feet

If u buy from shop the cost will also be high. They won’t use extra clear glass.
