Cap height has more to do with armhole and biceps rather than bust round. Here I have used only two measurments to find out the cap height. Hope it helps Do watch video carefully and start drafting step by step with video on
Only after measuring armhole you will start drafting the sleeve . So if your armhole measures 18 inches then you would draft 18 inches sleeve and for 20 inch armhole , 20 inches sleeve .

Bicep ka measurmemt thik se nahi kiya hoga . Max cap height will go up to 4.5 inches normally . Please measure bicep one more time
