    I am experiencing some involuntary body movements during this meditation like twitches, any advice?

      I think its your nerves relaxing.
      Happens to me sometimes when i go to sleep or meditate.

    Is this the same as what Shinzen Young calls "Do Nothing" meditation?

      It depends on what you mean by “the same.” The technique is slightly different, but what we’re pointing towards is exactly the same.

      @@MichaelTaft108 I should have said akin to. Over the last 3 weeks or so I've started including it in my daily practice. Dropping the ball is a useful metaphor. Shinzen says in his video about it that whenever you are aware of the intention to control attention, drop the intention. Thanks Michael.
