People used to hate almost all pro players because they actively encourage being a bad teammate, never reviving, leaving a game as soon as downed and not witing to see if teammates can kill the enemy or not, not marking ammo and stuff when teammates desperately need them
And by teammates I mean randoms, this happened everyday until apex added no fill option
Some people still hold these old grudges and many have faide's fanboys the reason because some of his community is pretty toxic
