Wow that one's waaaaaay better than her s-tier, still salty that her s-tier doesn't change her glider wings to butterfly wings, or at least put some butterfly wing effect overlap (like this a-tier overlaps a hot air balloon)
I didn't get her S acc before, so this is really nice for me as Annie main especially because it has glow effects on dropped item just like the S one. 😊
Second time seeing a flying accessory! Looks really cool!!! I just hope it's not like LG's balloon where it's attached to the head and everytime the character looks back the accessory moves T-T Also a shame you can't see the full hot air balloon if you're the Toy Merchant but overall nice accessory effects~
