    सेव टमाटर की सब्जी
    नमकीन सेव - १ कप
    देशी घी - २ चम्मच​​
    जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच
    हींग - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
    लहसुन - ४ से ५ किलयां
    अदरक - १ इन्च​​​
    हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
    प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - २, कटे हुए
    टमाटर (मध्यम आकार​) - २, कटे हुए
    दही - १/२ कप​
    हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
    कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - २ छोटा चम्मच​
    धनिया पाउडर - २ छोटा चम्मच​
    नमक - १.५ छोटा चम्मच​
    गरम मसाला - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
    धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)

    Namkeen Sev - 1 cup
    Desi Ghee - 2 table spoon
    Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    Asafoetida - ½ tsp
    Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves
    Ginger - 1 inch
    Green Chilli - 2, chopped
    Onion (medium size) - 2, chopped
    Tomato (medium size) - 2, chopped
    Curd/ Yogurt - ½ cup
    Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
    Kashmiri Red Chilli - 2 tsp
    Coriander seeds powder - 2 tsp
    Salt - ½ tsp
    Garam Masala - ½ tsp
    Coriander leaves (chopped)

    hello, your onion n tomato was not cooked not mashed properly, always need to add dry masala's in curd to avoid curd become danedaar,,, which was visible in aunty's vegetable which she changed in next scene ( THE TIP IS IF WE PUT CURD ,PUT WITH ALL DRY MASALA AND SALT NEEDS TO BE PUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER TOMATO, IF OUR ONION N GARLIC ARE NOT CHOPPED /MASHED PROPERLY AND USE TOMATO WITHOUT SKIN )

      Arika ji you cook as per recipes and prepration methods in the books but she is skilled she has learnt the art of cooking from her mother and grand mother without reading cooking books as usual rajasthani cuisine is prepared the way she did.We must encourage her instead of finding fault in her cooking process.I am really proud of her for giving us best recipes at least she is showing her skill on youtube otherwise Rajasthan ladies are not allowed by the society to appear on youtube or tv etc.Chef and Hospitality Consultant Saranjit Singh.

      But i never read any book nor m i a cook i was just giving real time examples to make better curry which i jave learnt from you tube only
      Coz i have seen massive difference if u peel tomato than cook n if u don't also with onions chop them fine n cook properly or leave half cooked thik onions gravy/ curry makes huge difference
      I like it she is trying but learing something new n better is no harm it should be appreciated

    जैसे आपने इसमें दही का प्रयोग किया है वैसे ही मालवा में दूध डाल कर बनाते हैं सेंव टमाटर ...काफी शानदार लगती है कभी ट्राय करियेगा :)

      राजस्थान में दूध डालकर भी सेव टमाटर सब्जी बनाई जाती है बढिया बनती है दोनों तरह की सब्जी अच्छी लगती है

      धन्यवाद Aniket जी, दही ना फ़टने के लिये इस बात का ध्यान रखें की दही कढाई में डालते ही उसे जल्दी-जल्दी चलाएं । ऐसा करने से दही फ़टेगा नही । :)

    Dahi aur pyaaz??!! 😩😩 Ayurved mein use zeher maana gaya hai! Aur usse kod bhi hota hai.

      Ayurved is completely wrong and hogwash. Dont follow ayurved, follow modern science and medicine. You can eat onions and curd without any problems. :)

      Darsal har tarah se pyaz ka alag flavor ata hai...transparent jitna fry karne par usska alag flavor ata hai..or brown mai different ata hai..dahi wali saabzi mai transparent pyaz ka flavor accha lagta hai..u also try 😊

      tranparent hone ke baad pyaz kaccha nai rehta...soft ho jata hai..and It will taste good with dahi ki grevy..baaki sab mai to bhuna hoa hi accha lagta hai...
