The problem is the fear is over powering. I’am having a hard time connecting to the Lord. The insomnia issue is a big problem. I pray that I can get to where I need to be with the Lord. Hopefully I can do your program soon.🙏
Perfect love casts out fear. Read scriptures that speak of God's love, think on them and apply them to yourself. Eg God so loved me that he sent Jesus and I believe in him and God's word so I will have eternal life. Receive what God says he has given you. You don't have to work for it just take it as a gift with appreciation. Remember God repeatedly emphasized 'fear not" and stated he did not give you a spirit of fear but of love, power, and a sound mind. Fear is the enemy. Pay attention to what God says, speak it, and the enemy will flee especially as your faith rises and you believe in what you are saying. God blessed you with every spiritual blessing :)
You know I've had insomnia (not every day) in my journey and yes it creates days that cause a distance ... but what I'm shocked by is I've also had some of my greatest connected days with myself, my children and the Lord on some of those days where I've had a lack of sleep. Which means if i can do it once I can have it again! (Or rather the Lord through me) also on days where it doesn't move I just tell myself it's okay the Lord knows where I'm at and give myself some grace. Pray for the Lord to move this for you and to create an abundant heart to love him more ♥

Really incredible message on healing. ❤️🩹 Especially the part at 20 min mark about surrendering the suffering and the validation of the trauma. You really put language to part of my own process. I didn’t know why, but I was pulling myself close Jesus each day and felt him leading me to NOT give glory to the pain, but give all of the glory to His presence with me in the pain. He was and is with me. But when the trauma memories come, its tempting to subtly give value to the victimization feelings. You are so right, those actions only take me deeper back into the trauma, grief, and pain - magnifying it. Thank you for reminding me today that yes we can give ourselves grace and empathy for the experiences of pain but we don’t have to stay stuck there. Such a great message! I loved the scriptures that you framed around this message… choosing LIFE!! -- p.s. it was such a Holy Spirit moment leading me today to find your video, I’ve never seen you before and it was just what I needed! the message of Life is so powerful. I appreciate how you said you had to make a decision to choose life. This is shining a light in my heart today! Thank you!! 🩵🕊️🙏 LIFE = Living In Freedom Everyday
No, when I coach people, I let them know it's okay to use additional support like medicine if they want to. But ultimately, if they want to get off the medicine, that's their choice and it is possible through brain retraining with Christ.
