Blooming Bouquet is my signature scent. I don’t mind reapplying and I’m ok if people smell me when I first arrive and then not again. The scent is beautiful enough that they remember 😅. I’m so so afraid that they have messed it up with this reformulation. I’m glad to hear it isn’t all that different but when a perfume is your signature scent, any little change rarely goes unnoticed. I just started on my last bottle of BB this weekend. Thinking I should buy another asap. When it’s gone, I’ll move to the new one…maybe. But not before. So sad😢
My signature scent is absolutely blooming one, and next on the list to be discontinued. So I grabbed one 100 ml size yesterday because I don't like new reformulation once they are very light and barely can smell them. 😢 so sad

I bought a backup bottle of Absolutely Blooming about a year ago when you said you thought it was being discontinued. So glad I heeded your information.
I loved the old version of Blooming Bouquet- my signature scent! It had more of a perfume vibe than the lighter toilet water vibe. I still love it, but it is lighter and you have to use more of it. I was buying anyway, so I decided to purchase Absolutely Blooming as well online. This was a mistake for me. I smell like an 80 year old that just left a mausoleum. It is way bold and super musky with an almost tangy end note. I have tried it three times and tried to do the smallest one squirt, it is still overwhelming and I leave a lingering trail behind me. My mistake, don’t buy online based on brand. It just isn’t for me. If you love this scent, it will last you and you don’t have to use much! I wish the Blooming was a little stronger like it used to be.
Hi may I know if there is no miss dior blooming bouquet eau de parfum? Just toilette available? I realised the smell is nice but didn't last for hours and too mild.
Sad about Absolutely Blooming, good thing I bought a backup when you mentioned it may be d/c in an older video!! And I just have to tell you Soki, I got Empress last Friday and I absolutely LOVE it!!! It’s so incredibly beautiful and my husband instantly complimented me (without me fishing) when I put it on! I told him all about your channel and what your mission is and he loved it…he wants to know when you’re making a men’s cologne lol. I also got a few compliments from others when I wore it this weekend- it’s so beautiful and unique and I’m so happy with it!!💕🥳Congratulations and thank you!!!
I agree with you Soki. It really annoys me these reformulated versions of classic fragrances. I tried on Blooming Bouquet a few months ago, walked out the store and couldn't smell it, no matter how hard I tried. Thank goodness I tried it before I bought it.
Noooo!! First they destroyed my favorite Miss Dior edp and now Absolutely Blooming is discontinued. 😡 I think it's time for me to stop buying Dior all together.
I went to check and yes, butylphenyl methylpropional, the banned component, was contained in the older version. However, I still do not get why they couldn't keep the fruity notes, since that component gives floral notes.
I had to go into the stores to test the various Miss Diors because of the new packaging, I wasn’t sure! It was Blooming Boquet. Love it. Wish it was available in Parfum too!!!
Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet (2023 version), is something magical🩷. It makes me always think to a sweet Princess 👸🏼🩷🌸. It like both the two version but, as also Soki has mentionned in this video, the newer version is sweeter. Both the two versions are incredibly stunning, i personally prefer this current version (that i hope will always be this one ahah), because it is ultra-feminine and delicately-sweet🩷. For me, this is the best version of Miss Dior 🩷
Rituals do a lovely peony perfume called Fleurs de l'Himalaya that is very similar to original blooming bouquet , worth checking out as a more affordable alternative.
On initial spray, I thought the new Blooming Bouquet smelled INCREDIBLE. Bathed myself with a sample & COULD NOT smell it on me after 15 mins. I’m so glad I didn’t get the new EDT
If you live in England, you should go on perfume parlour as they do dupes of perfume but the best thing about them is that they also do perfumed oil of perfumes and niche perfumes. Although it’s a hit or miss, it’s rather cheap if you don’t like it and I have tried the oil dupe for blooming bouquet and it smells exactly the same 😍 It helps the perfume last longer
The oil roller ball interests me a bit, might get that. I have an old Blooming Bouquet somewhere….I love peony in spring, otherwise I’m more into the heavy vanilla hitters nowadays.
I have the 30 ml of the old one. I am really pissed they messed with this perfume. I love it, it is my favourite among the Dior commercial perfumes. It was my signature scent before I went into the Collection Privèe by Dior. If this one is even lighter than the older version, it is probably gonna be veeeery light.

They may just be trying to appeal to the East Asian markets, that's why they're reformulating? But "lightening" them means that their perfumes keep getting more expensive than they already are.
Even though blooming bouquet was already a very light and beautiful perfume I find the new one fades even faster! They really upped the price for a scent that I find you can only smell up close now. It’s such a shame
