You saved us hours of tinkering before we would've given up and spent $15 bucks on a new one (like we did last time HAHA). We love this one so much, we're on our third one. You can literally find anything on youtube. This thing is a day old and fell apart. The damn cap isn't tight at all. I cannot believe that I found all the parts, I noticed the blade was missing upstairs, but had spilled the parts all over my kitchen. I noticed the little arm thing and dismissed it. As soon as I saw it in your video I jumped for it. Thank you.
Bought this for my boo today and we were frustrated just trying to get the battery in. The directions are awful. The audio in this is difficult to hear but the step by step demonstration saved the day. I'm sure we will be referring back to this video as problems come up.
