I so wish PF would make these products in fragrance free versions - I cannot use fragranced complexion products, they cause horrible reactions, breakouts, contact dermatitis.
They came out with a trio of butter products a while back that has smaller pans that is so travel friendly.

@@jqlauren The odd thing is, by my understanding, the brand started with sensitive skin in mind due to the founder’s wife (I might be wrong), so I have always found the fragrance aspect of this line of products to be very odd. The keep leaning into it, though. 🤷🏻♀️

I think this is their best face palette yet. Love it lots. The highlight is a lil too dark for me but you can kinda make it work. It's really good as eyeshadow though

I always look at these cheek palettes and wonder if I'll use it as much as the singles. They have a nice color selection, and it's an all-in-one, which is good for travel, but I usually never reach for these as much as my singles. Thanks for putting a creative spin on this, a nice idea for using on the eyes and cheeks. Re: Random Thought, not sure if you had done this in a while but what about NYX brand, I recently started going back to this brand and curious about your opinions on the products they have.

I'm the complete opposite. I'll use an entire face palette on my face and eyes. I find I reach for them the most then don't bother with an eyeshadow palette
@@brooke3140 Yes I agree.. I love a face pallette with bronzer, blush and highlighter but I do still go in with like a small eyeshadow pallette.. just bc I prefer cool toned (mauves/berry) eyeshadows over bronzer type shades with my skin tone. 😉

I love this palette and the Butter Collection Weylie Hoang palette. Physicians Formula website had a Mother's Day sale for 25% off and I took advantage of that. I only just finally got them in a few days ago. There was some kind of hold up, but I was able to contact the company and clear that up. So that's why I'm only now finally getting them and playing with them. But they are a really good bargain. With the discount it was like getting a whole palette of products for the price of just buying one individual item. I felt like I was the last one to get these, so I was just thrilled when I saw you posted this video, and I couldn't wait to see what you had to say about it.

I would not buy any makeup or skincare product like that on the recommendation of any other UA-camr. I'm not normally that impulsive. I AM getting ready to take three trips this summer, though, and this palette seems to be perfect for my needs.

Emily! I’d you like that palette, the Weylie physicians formula palette is just so good. The shades are unique (not seen in other physicians formula compacts) and it’s just a beautiful kind of wildflower summer kind of palette. It’s on clearance lately too

This is so awesome....I love your detail and practical approach! I've been experimenting with every imaginable product to prepare for a wedding, and now I'm at that "I'm over it and just want to consolidate and make my life easier!" Also, thanks to all you YTers, I'm better educated about how to use what I've got (bronzers, blushers, even concealers) for other purposes.

I have that lipliner. I use it as a full lip colour too. Also Em, yesterday I repurchased a Maybelline lip crayon in Lead The Way. I can’t believe how long my first one lasted. I bought it on your recommendation a long time ago, wear it all the time and have only just finished it. I couldn’t be without it though, so went straight out and got a new one.

I’ve used this every day for my entire pregnancy, it’s literally my go to for my 5 minute makeup routine and I use every pan 🥰🥰 minus the highlighter hehe

Have you tried the PF Butter Collection X Weylie Huang? It’s so nice! 2 bronzers, 2 blushes and 2 highlighters.

I used to use the PF butter highlighters as "eyeshadow" all the time. I had the champagne color and the lightest (pearl?) and they looked beautiful just tapped into the center of the lid for a pop of sparkle and shine. And they stayed pretty well on my lids, even through a waitressing shift.

Pink Sands is my favorite powder blush right now! I'm fair-skinned and I can get a pretty good color out of it if I use a dense brush! But I am definitely going to try mixing it with my setting powder so thanks for that gem! :)

I’m quite fair as well and I just wanted to ask if the bronzer (the og butter one) is cool enough for you. It looks a bit warm to me and a lot of bronzers look orange-y on me.
I don’t really need the extreme heat, but what I love about this time of year is it doesn’t start getting dark until about 9pm. In the late Fall and Winter, I’m read for bed at 5pm.

I had this all in one palette but in the old pink packaging- I think it was called All Star…. Both the bronzers read orange on me…. I wish they did a cool tone and a warm tone
I have such red cheeks naturally that I just tap over them with a damp beauty blender to sheer out my foundation where I want blush instead of using more product.

I feel the same way about that highlight brush. I’m glad it’s not only me. I started putting it on with another brush then defusing w that brush. I’ll hv to try your technique.

I have this palette, this brand is $$$ in Canada. I paid 20$, it's close to 30 now. I prefer their first palette like this, I've hit pan on a few , but I am enjoying this one, the dark blush can get out of hand real quick. I love the cool sensation of the gold highlight, it is Butter. Aside from me finding the bronzers a tad warm orange, great palette for what you get and the price

I picked this palette up a few months back at Walmart. It’s not bad if in a rush or good to take traveling.
Otherwise I like to stick to my single faves 💓
A word of caution to this with sensitive eyes/etc. I love how these look on the eyes. I bought the highlighters individually and used them as eyeshadows. I ran into problems where about an hour later my eyes would become bloodshot and my eyes would itch. I have only encountered this with the Milani 12-pan palettes. I had no trouble wearing any of these on my face, just my eyes. The same result occurred with the butter eyeshadows. I recommend trying them around the house, errands the first time or two to see how your eyes react. I still really enjoy these products despite not being able to put them on the eyes.
Wonder if it’s from the fragrance. My eyes do that if I use a product that has too much fragrance in it. (Wipes, moisturizes, etc)
@@hollyschmidt9316 it’s certainly possible! I will say the Too Faced palettes don’t bother me so I am not certain
FYI Ben Nye has a rose petal luxury powder that is beautiful. I keep it in my pro kit and primarily used it on children. However, I think I will try it under the eye and see how it works. Love to find new ways to use a product.
Besame sells a lovely pink powder, it's very finely milled and silky feeling, I use it frequently.

On deeper skin can use those as regular setting powders. My local kroger had the fit me powder for 79cents... I love doing themes for dinner. When I make Mexican food I put chips in salsa on the table. For Chinese food, I get egg rolls and fortune cookies. I bring the restaurant home... my kids loved it.

I bought this last year as I heard a lot of good on the powder and I need more of the bronzer. The light pink is too light. I love the idea to use as brightener. Wish it wasn’t cardboard so I could travel with it
