@onyenwasiaben9943 I do taste tomatoes paste when I buy a brand I m not used to buying. I believe people do as well. If you shop online, you will know that there's hardly any product in the world without a negative review. Most companies customer service often respond to such negative reviews by reassuring the customer that they will follow up on what ever issues was pointed out in the review. The only thing I think she didn't say rightly is the "it's killing people" phrase she added to her comment. (She probably tried to infer the danger of sugar/sweet things to people's health) I think the company over-reacted.
