Boomerangs are super fun to play with even as an amateur. You do need to have good working boomerangs and you do need to throw correctly. Logan is a top thrower. He may have needed a few tries for each trick shot, but not very many. The tri-blade style he is using is consistent with the distance they travel away from the thrower, and are accurate on the return. A slight adjustment on the tilt of release can control the height of the flight. Come to Albequerque starting July 20, 2018 for the Boomerang World Championships and see the best players in action.

The point is if you hit the bullseye once every 1000 tries it is MUCH less impressive than if you hit it most of the time. When you only see the hit it gives the impression that you hit it a lot of the time. There is a BIG logical difference between someone who is good at hitting a target with a high frequency and them trying to hit the target over and over and over again until they finally hit it. I'm not very good at throwing a basketball into the basket from half court, but give me enough tries and I will do it, and if you only show the one time and I do it with enough bravado, you might be tricked into thinking I am good at making baskets from half court. That's the point. Lol
