You can buy any fractional amount of Bitcoin you want based on the amount of currency you want to invest. Some brokers will give you a small amount for free just to open an account.

31:00 he makes an excellent point that oil prices must be pushed higher to continue to produce oil. Something I've been learning about in the oil industry is EROI and how it interacts with a finite resource that requires more and more of itself to harvest itself. You wind up with these very narrow price and production bands that allow profitable extraction. As the resource becomes more scarce and difficult to extract the fuel required to extract it increases, the total returned to society decreases, and the bands narrow.
This is the best explanation of the bitcoin rationale I have heard. Hope and optimism of a stable disinflationary world versus the fear and stagnation of a chaotic inflationary world. Wow.
My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless.

I am already convinced on the case for BTC but this was 100 minutes or so well spent. Not full of economic theory or jargon. The point that inflation is destroying the planet I think has really hit home.

I think this IRS legislation to look into bank accounts isn't about taxes. I think it's purpose is to pave the way for CBDC by getting people used to the idea that government can see all your transactions.

95% of the population cant afford a $60000 btc - just like with fiat currency those who got in early are the big winners - where is the fairness.

Blockchain is the future, hence why bitcoin is so important and why I’ve gone 80% in for all my investments. Hasn’t been disappointing thus far. My 401k wouldn’t be near what my bitcoin is. This interview was so good and so relevant!

Something I've been learning about in the oil industry is EROI and how it interacts with a finite resource that requires more and more of itself to harvest itself. You wind up with these very narrow price and production bands that allow profitable extraction. As the resource becomes more scarce and difficult to extract the fuel required to extract it increases, the total returned to society decreases, and the bands narrow.
This is one of the best interviews and most important subject matter I have seen in a long time. KUDOS!

My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless.

I think this IRS legislation to look into bank accounts isn't about taxes. I think it's purpose is to pave the way for CBDC by getting people used to the idea that government can see all your transactions.

selling bitcoin at a high price means that you receive a high amount of fiat currency for a low amount of bitcoin.... Trading mostly involves medium-sized trades but larger trades also occur
There are platform where you can invest and they trade your money. Then pay you profit either weekly or monthly. That's investing.
