THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!! The quality is just unbeliavably beautiful. The whole performance is adoring. Singing is outstanding, Mercedesz has amazing voice and her acting isn't left behind! Her cadenza was fantastic, I'm pretty sure she would do the West End cadenza very well, too!
i respect your opinion. unfortunately not too many christines have a young sweet voice. rather they're more operatic and mature. but I suppose the casting directors want a good show rather than an accurate one.

I don't like her voice. For me it doesn't sounds young, naive and light as Christine's voice supposed to be (my opinion)

the only one that measures up to the role truly for me is emmy rossum as she was 16 when she played the role.
