I usually use Micron or Pilot. Real art stores usually have really good pens. However, it's also important to pay attention to what paper you're using. Some paper takes ink really well and some just make the ink bleed or smear all over.

Oh my gosh I've seen your screenies before!! I was also super into Neopets, but I wasn't very good at actually playing. But I loved the pets and the art community. Every day I'd come home from school to look at screenies and read The Neopian Times, and I made Neopets versions of all my friends :D (I was a ghost xweetok.) It's what got me serious about art. I still play every so often, and just recently I got my _ultimate_ dream pet.

We get skunks in February-ish where I live. About two weeks before Valentine's Day one year, we had one spray the air conditioning/heating unit so that it was constantly blowing the smell throughout the house and so we had to turn it off and let it air out on it's own while we lived in our winter coats for about a week with all our windows open. That year for Valentine's, Mom got my sister and I stuffed animal skunks so that we'd never forget it.

Is it just me or does anyone else get SO inspired to draw by these sketch book tours?
I’m going through all the sketchbook tours because they remind me of myself from that time. When you got to your Neopets screenies I got so excited because that’s actually how I first heard about you. Neopets was a huge part of my childhood, and one of my favorite things to do on there was make screenies after being inspired by yours. I ended up with this huge (as in long lol) screenies page that is still up, but photobucket kinda messed everything up to where every picture has a huge watermark on them unless you pay. I may go back someday and reupload them all on Tinypic just for myself. But anyways, I think I found your screenies around the time you went on hiatus, so I could never talk to you on there. Eventually I decided to type your Neopets username in on DeviantArt just to see if you had your art on there, and luckily enough you used the same UN on there as Neopets. That’s how I found your real name and years later found your UA-cam. That sounds a bit creepy now that I’m typing it all out...I’m not a stalker I swear lmao. But anyways, you were a big part of my childhood because you inspired me to draw screenies for years which then helped me improve as an artist. ^_^
