It isn’t recommended for Complex PTSD, though. For that, Internal Family Systems (IFS) is the best therapeutic modality.

And when i was 12, i got a hole in one at golf. Playing by myself, hikers on the golf course got so happy for me, but when i ran home and told 20 adults what happened, no one believed me. Didn't play golf again. My poor child self gave up.

This round and phase of big change, which started last year for me, has absolutely the same intensity/mass as the second one I had when I ran away from my family and the cult when I was 12. Last year I went through the 6th version of deep, chaotic, beautiful death rebirth. It is incredible to witness the new form stabilize. I can't begin to name all the changes, money, relationships, work, health, creative expression... this will take months maybe years to acclimate to. Scary to be going so far and be so visible and not being used to the new reality yet.
