Finally got this after only a couple runs to this location. I know I collapsed a few before finally hunting this trophy down. Anyway, I only ran to the "Confiscation Warehouse" to the south for a min or 2, assassinated a few guards before going back hoping they respawn and they did.
I found a quick and fast way to make the scaffolding respawn by save and reloading right after you pull down the 2. Idk if you have to save for the count to keep progress but i did it to be safe and was able to run both scaffolds and get the achievement in a few minutes
I appreciate the video, a few trophies off the plat now and this helped. It is funny though; you can pull down the first one, and then literally turn around and run left (facing the gate) towards the bridge and the second one is right there, like 5 seconds away and all of your turns and such were not needed lmao, just thought that was funny but thank you again! Appreciate the spot+vid!
LOL damn you're absolutely right!! I found the route in the video just by chance running around with no particular direction, so I immediately recorded without thinking further and realising there was a much easier path xD
Thanks for the tip, super helpful! I found saving the game after the 2nd scaffolding and reloading spawned it straight away. Rinse and repeat.

You do have to save, I tried reloading without saving and didn't get the trophy

Why would run that whole route if the second one is actually behind you at the right next to the small bridge?
