Neonatal and Perinatal Virtual Tour

Arkansas Children’s has the state’s only Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and ECMO program - so we serve as a referral center for both the state and the region. Fellowship training takes place in Little Rock between two large NICUs within 1 mile of each other - at ACH and UAMS, which is a Level III NICU.
Fellows participate in resident education, quality improvement projects, grant funded scholarly activities and other collaborative efforts. Our fellows care for most infants until discharge and have the opportunity to work closely with other specialties including cardiology, surgery, the high-risk infant clinic and our complex care program for follow up
