i canceled this project. Booked in Jones Cassia Villas ( Ready to Occupy ) with the half the price (1.2 Crore). Quality is great in Jones Foundation. i saved time and money. Casagrand model villa looks great, but finished villa quality is poor (see the Tiles Quality). Need to wait additional 2 years for project completions. example if you book for your kid 5 year old, they become 10 year old when project completion.. Need to pay loan intrest only additional 4 years. Not a value for money... Only advantage of this project is Location..

I agree that casagrand delays every project by few years, however the location too matters. If buying from a ready to move villa is concerned, you have to see the location.
