Hello! Big heck, the commenter here. My original idea was it would look more like a ancient debris, like a log or something and would act more like an ore! So my original concept would have had the same breaking speed as other ores.
Ideas:
Poachers: Illagers that capture mobs that are based on endangered animals. Killing one and freeing the imprisoned animals gives you the effect: Animal Friend, which makes passive mobs fight any hostile mobs that attack you.
So basically, a whole bunch of sheep will suddenly turn into zombie-killing machines?

I wanna see a blow dart gun made from bamboo, darts made from cactus needles and feathers.
Fusion table that allows you to combine two enchanted items into one item with both enchants, this would allow us to obtain armour with conflicting enchants, for example a chest piece with all the protections on it.
Farming update.
For example corn and rice would be great additions to farming, rice can be planted in between crops in the water sources for your plants. Can be used to make rice crackers and glue which would work like slime. Corn can be eaten raw, baked, or even used with wheat to make corn bread. Eating raw and baked corn produces a corn cob which can be used in a Compost Bin not conposter to make fertilizer which when used on the dirt before planting will double the yield of what's planted.
Water update
The river/lake/stream. Large bodies of water that can spawn in the middle of land(these would be lakes), large long spending bodies of water that can span across several biomes about 15 to 20 blocks wide(rivers), streams can stay the way they are. But new mobs can spawn in these areas, crayfish, snapping turtle, various new fish varying from small to large kinds of fish. New items like fools gold which can be found as nuggets and made into ingots, can be used to make gold level tools with iron level durability. Gold pick plus fools gold ingot at smithing table as a example, however this will make the piglins very aggressive and hit harder then normal if wearing them. Conglomerate stone can be found here, petrified wood stone, and quartzite stone which comes in three colors, red, purple or white.
Fishing update is needed as well.
Fishing cage can be used to catch up to 12 crayfish, can be baited with up to 4 fish each fish catches 3 crayfish, placed on the floors of lakes, rivers, oceans and streams. Fishing net which works like the pole but can catch up to 6 fish at a time, it can't however catch special items, only fish. The fishing hooks you mentioned before could used as iron, gold, diamond. And each catches a different type of fish. Iron catch small fish, gold catches medium fish, and diamond catches large fish. Each sized fish can give different amounts of hunger, the small give 1.5, medium 2.5 and large gives 4. The fishing net mentioned above is similar, iron weighted net, gold weighted net, and diamond weighted net each catch the corresponding sized fish.

With a chance of cracked petrified wood that crumbles when you stand on it. Even without pitfalls below you that could get you briefly stuck while trying to run from monsters.
I like your Idea to dye the Allay! I just wish there was a way that we could make it so that Allay will follow the Player for aesthetic reasons (possibly linked by an Item kept in player inventory or as a 'trained companion') I believe that both your Idea and mine would work together flawlessly.
You should make a code that gives witches a chance to turn villagers into frogs!
The firefly jar made me think it'd be cool if xp orbs hovered instead of fell down, and slowly floated about.

Remember the arrow quivers? for mixed items, there should be some ideas like this:
1: Containers in arrows will pick up items.
2: redstone arrows activate redstone activated items, without targets.
3: Book Arrows, places a note saying what was written in the book.

You should be able to brew fireflies to make spectral potions. Like spectral arrows we can finally have potion varients aswell.

Yeah, call it the "Sighted" enchantment which removes the randomness of inaccuracies of each bow shot.

Petrified wood would be so nice for a new wood type, although Mojang might have to add something to make it renewable (maybe you can create it with oak planks somehow?)
Idea: Since mines are boring as hell, add some ghost of miners and give them 50/50% change to be friendly or agressive.

As a down to earth Minecraft miner. It is a breeze. But it's still stressful sometimes. It's like the mobs are playing peek-a-boo with you throughout the whole way. The spiders are worse down here because they have added poison.
I suggest to always have _plenty_ of torches, shield, armor, steak, axe, and a water bucket.
What about A LOT more ancient weapons? Like catapults, alabards and others?
Halberds could work, but how would catapults work?

Idea: Instead of phantoms doing damage, they take take items from your inventory and fly away and explode

Idea: a friendly, cute and stingray looking type of phantom that players can tame, and even without taming they protect any passive mobs from harmful ones, especially from every other phantom that isn't friendly (:
I have a few ideas (sorry if you've already done any of these)!
1. Baby Ender Dragons that would hatch from Dragon Eggs and which could be tamed with Chorus Fruit. Once they're grown you could fly around your world on them, but untamed Ender Dragons would grow up hostile.
2. Ender Tools made from Ender Pearls. They would be fragile but would also instantly teleport any drops/loot they produce to your Ender Chest.
3. A Thirst bar in addition to the Hunger bar. It would deplete faster in hot environments like Deserts and the Nether, and just like food, some drinks would give you more points back than others (for example, Water would restore more thirst than Milk or Potions).
4. Safes. When broken they would drop still intact like Shulker Boxes, and the only way to access them would be to enter a player-programmed password of some sort.
5. Knit Caps/Sweaters/Leggings/Socks made from wool and equipped like armor, but they would help protect you from freezing. Maybe you could even use a Loom to make patterns on them like Banners?
6. Toast
7. Chisels that would allow you to carve wood, certain types of stone, maybe even ice, into sculptures or giving them special patterns. Specifically I think Totem Poles would be cool to make with this.
8. Iron/Chaim Armor that gradually rusts and becomes more damaged the more time you spend submerged in water.
9. Ice Makers. Kind of like furnaces, they would be "fueled" by snow and would slowly turn Water from a bucket into a single block of regular ice.
2:24 it could be good for when you’re mining like a maniac, it could pick stuff up while you’re mining and help lessen lag.
Idea: so basically a really rare potion called a potion of silence which when any taken, nobody can hear you break, sprint or do anything in the game! If you do use this idea, tysm! I love all the creativity from this channel btw!
Maybe instead of making the allay dyeable you can make it so where it will change its colors to the color/s of whatever it's holding
The buff allay is like a flying iron golem that picks up items and blocks
Ideas:
Vex and Allays can breed that makes a mob named Alex.
2: each time somebody types "Jeb_" in chat their text will appear rainbow.
3: Microphones in Minecraft allowing you to sing songs with beats from jukeboxes.
Ideas Part 2:
Teacher Witches: Allowing you to learn maths but if you get a Quiz problem wrong the witch will try to kill you.
2: Players can be Name Tagged by other players.
3: Caves and Nether Fortresses are connected with wires.
Bonus Ideas: Make Music more assessable to players alike, And add Musical instruments , Add Jumpscares at random in dark arenas of caves, add a Machine that can combine certain animals/mobs together.....
And finally For fun add different flavours of cookies into the game! That's all I hope you like my ideas.. Have fun!

I have a suggestion for a cool variation of a biome, tropical swamps, they are found in the jungle and there bamboo forests, the trees are are pretty sparsely placed with 10 variants for big, and 10 for small, so 20 variants, the water is not really there but 4 or 2 Islands can be found. The most common mob in the place will be the fireflies and frogs, no which huts will spawn there
Idea:
When tamed wolves die, they become ghosts (while still look like themselves) and can float through walls.
Something tells me that firefly bottles won’t be added to 1.19, or at least they’ll make the fireflies eventually die from lack of air to be more realistic.

Multi-mine! A enchantment for pickaxes, and it would come in 1 to 3. If you put it on your pickaxe, you can dig big spaces
Idea: A Witch-like mob called The Mage. They are passive and will trade potions and potion ingredients with you. If you trade with them enough they will become your friend and, while they are around, they will defend you form hostile mobs.
I think something that could ward off or scare off those annoying phantoms would be awesome. Maybe a new pet that sits on your shoulder and scares them off.
I love the idea of fire fly jars maybe using dyed glass when making the jars can allow different colored lighting?

Frog's leg: Dropped by a frog when you're killing him. You can brew it into a new potion, which is called "Potion of Amphibiation"! It will make you jump higher and swim faster without being drowned!
The trees flyin away brings new meaning to floaters lmao
A wandering trader with a cart/wagon! It could sell you lama spit, and maybe a way to turn lama spit into shulker bullets!
idea for further improvements on the roomba: It could have a charging port block that you can place in your base for example and it always crawls back to it as long as the port and the device are in the same world. Upon death if the player had a roomba in their inventory it could be placed instead of being dropped, and as it sucked up the dropped materials and items it could crawl back to the base. It would take a longer time but would soften the heartbreak caused by falling from a high place with your daimond helmet and a full inventory of freshly gathered oak logs. I think it could be a fun way to somewhat make gameplay a bit less annoying.

How about a crown? You get it from defeating a boss, and some monsters will avoid you when you wear it.

My favorite block in the game is moss, so I think some kind of mob that lives in the moss/lush caves and has a chance of spawning with any moss you grow would be cool. I can imagine some sort of mossy creature just popping out of the moss like a silverfish whenever you break a moss block. Bonus points if you can tame it and get it to sit on your shoulder like a parrot.
Creepiers (creepers with an upgrade) that, when they explode, they fly into the sky and explode like fireworks in the shape of a creeper head

Idea: Skill system to train your dog. If your dog kills a mob it gets skill points. With them you can buy new features for your dog.
I feel like something that could be extremely useful in MC would be saddle bags for horses. It’s not a far fetched idea at all and kinda makes sense, even more so than horse armor.

A vinelager , an illager that will found in jungles and it can summon poisonous vines and some plant monsters from jungle awakens , I think it can make jungles more challenging

drowned villages: basically villages of drowned in any big bodies of water,. And like the current villages, drowned villages have a sea golem that protects it's villages, but instead of being made of iron, sea golems are made from four conduits , or coral blocks, sea pickles, prismarine or clay and must have a pumpkin head on top to become a sea golem and are built in the same way iron golem are, just with different blocks.
Trading with witches:
If you ever are around witches and have nether warts with you, witches won't be hostile towards you since they value nether warts! What you can trade with them might include, potions, witch hats, potion tipped arrows, cauldrons, and enchanted books!
Trading with endermen:
So to be able to trade with endermen, you'll need to have sponge blocks with you, and when you do, not only will you be anle to trade with endermen, they won't be hostile to you! They're trades include elytras, a dragon head, and an end compass! when put in an end ship you can steer said endship! But end compasses are a 30/100 percent chance of getting whenever you trade with endermen!
End compass:when place in an end ship you can steer said endship! But end compasses are a 10/100 percent chance of getting whenever you trade with endermen. To craft an end compass you'll need 1 chorus fruit, 2 Redstone or 2 maps of the end and smooth endstone which you can get from putting it in a furnace and smelt end stone like how you'd usually smelt any other type of stone.
A vine that grows on you when you are not moving and stops you from moving when big enough

Enchantments make everything but the handle of tools glow
Ideas:
1: A new enchantment that allows you to stop petrified wood from automatically destroying the blocks around it-
2: Be able to shear off a turtle shell using shears.
3: Be able to make different types of cookies
4: Be able to attach a pick axe to a piston to make an auto-mining redstone contraption
These are just ideas, but I think they’d be really cool in game!

Also a new tool called the dagger you craft it with one stick and one material (wood,stone,iron,gold,diamond or netherite) it deals less damage compared to the sword but has double the attack speed

a boomerang and grapeling hook in one! the boomerang part picks up droped items and hurts mob and the grapling hook part can be used move around with ees and can pick up mobs and maby even has portals
Huh guess petrified might make a appearance for the rehaul for the Mineshaft update. And it perfectly fits in the theme that most mineshafts collapse so it’s a definite potential.
The Roomba would only be complete if you could get a cat to sit on it…and ride it.
That is exactly what i was thinking! It would awesome if a cat can automatically sit on it like they does with furnaces and chests 😆
