Thank you very much for watching! Hope you enjoyed this series. I have left many things out on purpose, otherwise this could have been many more episodes long. So if you have any questions, feel free to ask! Thank you. Part 1: ua-cam.com/video/b2lml-z5ias/v-deo.html
It has been 41 years ago that I listened to my own WM-7. So great you’ve managed to repair this one. I had the silver/gray version and it sounded great. Because the internal batteries lasted about a day I had the external battery case EBP-500 with 2 D-size batteries attached so I could listen for days. Great video, brings back a lot of memories
I rarely leave comments, but without a doubt your repairs are performed with a skill and professionalism that leaves you speechless. Congratulations indeed! I hope that your channel can one day have an amazing number of followers. I had no doubts already after seeing the repair of the Canon F1. Bravo!!
This is probably my favourite Walkman of all time! So glad to see a more detailed video on it. Where did you find your spare MCU? I'm currently trying to fix one up and have no idea where to look for such an obscure part.
aye question, you wound up replacing all the caps if im not mistaken right? i was wondering if you might have the list of caps you used for the recap since mine is starting to finally show signs of dying caps, that aside figured i might aswell clean/lubricate the mech and replace the pinch rollers while im in there. anywho, just if you still have the list or order still lyin around
Yes, I do have the list of the eletrolityc capacitors. I would have to prepare it and share it. I will try placing it one way or another on the video description, check back in about 1 week or so.
Hi, I have updated the video description and added the complete table of eletrolityc capacitors. You just need to copy the text and paste it to a txt file. Then you can convert it or view it online. Hope it helps.
@@Larru_Photo oh wow man you got that done a lot sooner than i expected, thanks a ton man that makes life so much easier (the only blurry copy of the manual online is so hard to read lol)

Muchas gracias

I was dead lucky on ebay. Simple as that. Spare MCUs are unnobtainium.
