Thank you Taurus! Yes, it's a really nice lighting kit. Have you checked to see if you can still exchange it? Most companies have a 14day or 30day exchange /return policy. Thanks again for the comment and welcome to the channel. 😀👊
You’re welcome. I’m glad you enjoyed my video. The results would be very similar except the Lume cube snoots will produce a more narrow intense beam of light. Tanks for the comment. 👊🏻
Hi Dee, I have not. I would prefer a bigger light source for portraits with a large softbox. However, I believe with a little creativity this could be possible. Thanks for the question and welcome to the channel. 😀👊
Use it against a reflector... the bigger the reflector the softer the light... put the cube on a light stand the reflector on an other light stand and let the small sun shine in direction of the reflector.... move the reflector in direction of your model....
What I don’t understand is why can’t you change the color on these? I bought a sunset lamp & you can change the color of the lighting to whatever you want & it was only $20..
@@Michelangelo.077 watched Few reviews on these lights and was debating the pro kit, but you showed me every single use they can be used for and this video is the determining factor in wether I will buy then eventually and I will now. Then I saw your collectibles, which I’m also in to, so I subscribed, hopefully you get many more subs making great videos like this one.
Hi Humans R Ants, I personally haven't had any problems with them yet but only time will tell. If you don't need the extra accessories or the Bluetooth feature you might want to consider other options. Maybe the Sokani X1 amzn.to/2WSprbW Thanks for the comment and welcome to the channel. 😀👊
Anyone know what happened to the lumecube air? They’re virtually gone from any online shop and not on the lumecube website. I’m thinking they might have discontinued it or are planning to release an air 2.0. Anyone have any ideas?
@@juanjosequitoa.7680 for that price, yes, although it’s mainly useful for lighting small objects. The company makes larger panels for video. Although I do love how with the application you can control each of the two lights independently and sent them exactly the way you want them. It’s even better than using the buttons because you can get precisely the amount of light you want.

@@crayshaunhenderson1265 Thats one of my favorite lenses. I use it to shoot all my YT videos and to photograph events. For lighting I would recommend Flashlights. Check out the canon or Godox brand. :)
The product wouldn't turn on and I couldn't wrestle the lens mount into place. The fact this company would launch a product with this many operational and design flaws is so disappointing. The lens mount should just snap on & of course, the product should be able to fulfill its basic function

One of the better reviews I have watched. I bought 1 lume cube 2.0. If I had seen this last week, I would have got the 2 in the nice case

Does it work well for self portraiture??
No. I would mainly use them for product photography.
Whats it like with an open background, like outside at night?
I would mainly consider these lights for product photography, fill in light or accent lighting (decoration).
Really nice really nice really nice really nice.
😀👍🏻👊🏻
Thanks for testing all the accessories!! I was disappointed when you did the snoot you didn’t do a comparison with the toilet roll snoot
