Finger exercise, pressure on tips with acupressure techniques or using light dumble exercise on fingers, using mach sticks rolling on tips 2-3 min may help for sure , love your finger tips , and trained them ❤

A guitar's string is exposed to a high tension so it tends to stretch and get skinny and rigid over time which is why older strings feel painful to press down. One should replace their string once every few months.
