can't you hear that tune in the intro that's in Silent Hill Shattered Memories "Ice" track, Half-Life 2's GMan tv, Postal 1, Max Payne and some movie? it's a really eerie track that's found in many songs.
yeah, noticed that while playing SH and postal. maybe the same people did the audio for those games? good ear my friend, never noticed the max Payne and half life thing.
+Vrajam I've traced the track to a Zero-G sample album called Altered States. Can't remember the song name unfortunately. If you look up "HL2 - Radio" you'll hear a pitch shifted version of the song after some trumpet playing.
Grindcore it's very easy to distinguish from deathcore grindcore is primarily pig squealing deathcore has more change in voice pitch. But I'd have to say this isn't stricktly grindcore though you can do so much with metal that everything that sounds slightly different must be categorized as something different.
if this aint Deathcore, then what is it? i hear every1 saying it's not this or that, ok super geniuses........what is it? and don't say metal, metal has hundreds of genres
most grind bands would be hard pressed being labeled as grind these days. truth is, if you weren't making grind between the years of 1982 and 1999, you're more than likely "deathcore"......or some other ridiculous made-up sub genre **thats not to say that NO band conceived after 2000 has earned the distinction of being "real grind". just saying, it's rare.
definitely a different kind of Wecamewithbrokenteeth when they were in their late releases, this has great SLAM and GRIND elements
Brother. This brings me back to
