Smart move by the cook, cracking a small amount of eggs prior to dumping the eggs into the larger can of eggs. Just in case there is a bad egg he won't ruin the whole can. I like the way he throws the egg, right on almost every time

I like the way the chef toss the egg into the rice bowl. I probably get the egg on the floor. I plan to go to Japan next year and I will definitely will stop by this place.

I love how the guy is , everytime practicly throwing that egg on top the rice everytime. I am in aw of the skill of the main guy shown.
Im not jealous of him im just disappointed ill never be able to get to that. Love these videos 😁

Great restaurant concept. Limited menu with very appealing items. Dishes are created which are inexpensive in cost, quick to prepare and reasonable prices. Service is fast and turnover is high. It must be quite profitable. Excellent idea.

When I looked up tinshen-don The the definition was some sort of crab me sauce. I don't see any crab in this sauce.

Every country has their own twist on ethnic foods. Especially the US. Even pizza is different from one region to another and is different from Italy. Same with Mexican food, BBQ, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Viet Namese, French-we love it all American regional style. But each country no doubt says US versions not real. Wish I could go to every country and have their real cuisine.
