The m82 was manufactured in 1982 and that’s the official manufacturer model. The m82 was adopted by the us military in 2002 and named the m107. So the m82 and m107 are the same weapon. The only difference being that the m107 is a us military firearm.
Copied from my other comment: Wrong. The M107 is lighter (different materials) and has more barrel length options. Also has a different muzzle brake on some of the M107 variants that can accept a .50 BMG suppressor. Also, the M107 features a chrome lined barrel.

You cannot spawn the M82 in as of the new Reforger update so I had to use a still from my video unfortunately, I had 2 different versions of it and this one looked less bad. I will be changing it to a different thumbnail when (/if) the M82 is spawnable on game master again. But yeah they are very similar XD Jk I stole it because I didn't get my shoutout! 😈
The server relaunched today, but it has A LOT less mods, and doesn't have persistence of ur inventory now I don't think either. Loot spawns were tweeked though which is good to see. But yeah, not worth a look as it is right now, if they can get it back to what it once was.

Deadzone came and added more content to that base mod, but OriginZ still need to fix the base mod or someone else needs to create the same thing but better (which I don't think would be too hard to do).

Yeah, I mean they are trying out stuff, Deadzone are active, OriginZ (the original DayZ mod which this is still based on) wasn't getting updated at all, new content added etc. This still sucks in many ways, but at least they are trying out making PoIs on the map (since no other server does anything like this, it is new territory), new weapons etc. More to come.

Yeah I'd rather not edit it out, but UA-cam is a bit weird with demoneization lately on my channel. I will probs ease some more in, just didn't have time to try a version with/without it and see what YT liked. You're half right, but that guy was also sus, he was rotating with his weapon out, dropping your weapon doesn't take 10s lol.

@@Halfsac03 I mean I will just say, think about it logically. The reason this is the way it is right now is due to it being a very simply set up mod RIGHT NOW. That SHOULD change over time. This (when you boil it down) is just loot spawns, vehicle spawns and player spawns. Zombies are SUPER buggy (Reforger's AI is bad + the mod needs work, it hasn't had an update for a long time [the zombie mod that is by Rico, not made by OriginZ]), there is nothing really custom made here, it is just a bunch of weapons, vehicles and clothes from the workshop thrown into a very simple mod. I would hope with time you'll see things like the animation mod in for hands up and many others emotes to help people not KoS as much, actual food and hunger (but again, these require CUSTOM WORK, which OriginZ [the mod Deadzone is based on which really is the ground framework, Deadzone just adds in more weapons, custom areas on the map, not any additional scriping stuff]), base building etc. There is a lot of potential here, and I get what you are saying, but I do think this will change with time, it is just this way because it is quick and easy to make. ELAN is the only mod to really add a lot of custom content, a lot of other servers just take mods from the workshop and slam them together. To get the real wombo combo we need a server that has a strong modding team behind it capable of creating anything and everything, vehicles, scripts, UIs etc etc.
