I completely agree! The city is truly in remarkable condition. But seeing where the people would have been holding each other and the drawing that the children left on various city walls really makes it feel like a civilization that is lost not that long ago. Reminiscences nostalgia about Pompeii. Beautiful as the city was and thriving flourishing but they built the city next to a active volcano which engulfed the whole city with the fumes lava etc Building such a wealthy city next to the active volcano wasn't a good town planning thier shire president and council could have been thinking the volcano wasn't active human error building next to the dangerous volcano
