Unless she has a quite sedentary life and/or very slow metabolism, 1500 calories are still way too light. But it's just my perception...I stopped focusing on trying to have a super flat belly and, instead, tried to find a point in which I can work better while still eating healthily. I always try to find good sources, but even if I was in your same course, I'd rather keep questioning what certain teachers tell me...two nutritionists can have extremely opposite points of view

Ballpark guess she’s 5’2” ~48kg 20yr old, she needs ~1600 calories for maintenance. The food she shows looks like a bit less than that but that’s because in the last dish, the bulgogi and rice is hidden beneath the egg. I honestly think she’s hitting her maintenance calories and I’m very proud to see someone taking care to maintain their body and look good.
Just a reminder these are very small amounts of food so don’t feel guilty if you eat a lot more than that because it is normal. Everybody requires different amounts of food to function and feel energised so don’t normalise small portions in order to look thin or to build better body because starving yourself is never the answer. Eat healthy, exercise and take care of your body because you only got one and it will have to last you your whole life.
Hi I don't want to sound rude but I think you should take a doctor's consult, because drinking lemon water on an empty stomach can be very harmful to your body on daily basis. And also the type of food you're consuming is not enough, you can can create an eating disorder, because your body doesn't get enough of the vitamines that your body needs.
