Bruh that isn't block proficiency it's perfect block through her Sig ability, I highly doubt they'll nerf it, she has a really high block proficiency that allows her to do 0 damage parries but it's not like it's the most important part of her kit, also, they never nerfed the block proficiency of a champion (unless you count the block proficiency nerf for all champions in the 12.0 update which was then made null by the 12.0.1 update)
