@user-tp2hk8it7m from what I gather from everything. MHJ is saying that Hybe is accusing her of a hostile takeover,embezzlement, and the list goes on. She's saying that Bang Pd is trying to damage her reputation and is discriminatory against NJ and promoted Le sserafim before them even when she was promised that NJ would be debuted first. Hybe is saying they have proof of these accusations, especially the hostile takeover from the work system and chat logs they were able to obtain through the audit into Ador.
From Hybe's statement, they sent a 4 page reply to inform her of the audit. Which was confirmed to have been read but not responded to.
But the bottom line is all this seemed from MHJ wanting $200 M instead of the $70 M she's receiving at the moment. Her proposal was rejected, and they were still in talks about the rest when she stopped responding (hybe said this), and the next thing we knew was the news breaking out.
Hybe also released a statement clarifying some things after PC. This is already known to those who followed any of the groups' debut. NJ members were source music trainees unitl MHJ took them and wanted to be create a new company and gg. As from their statement it was agreed at the time that since it would take time to get a new company and people for it all running in time, Le sserafim would debut given that some members were already popular and known to have signed with Hybe before they had actually signed. From their statement, Hybe (source music) covered NJ training period and not Ador.
Other than this, there was a Shaman involved, her statement of copying with Illit and NJ and something about BTS copying her.
All I'll say is read the statements from both parties. I know where I stand with this.
They are both wrong, but whatever the truth is, it's going to come out regardless, and the person on the losing end is bound to either appeal or complain. MHJ is giving toxic vibes at this point. Evil company or not. Her PC did nothing but give sympathetic vibes, which doesn't really address the accusations but just shows that Bang Pd is a demanding and oppressive boss. It did gain her the sympathy she needs in public eye but bottomline is apart from Hybe saying they have proof of what is being accused and MHJ saying that it's not true and showing no evidence to support her statement of not being true. Nothing is known.

I was born one the 50’s and can’t imagine this stuff going on with The Beatles fans vs The Rolling Stones vs the Herman’s Hermits and on and on. We didn’t feel like we had to hate other groups and fight fans. We loved all the groups. Why can’t the do that in KPop? This seems like a mental illness to me.
And these claims about groups copying each other is also ridiculous. Just concentrate on your group, do your best, make good music and connect with your fans. Don’t worry about other groups.
It’s like if the 60’s groups all said other groups shouldn’t wear bell bottoms or have longer hair.. trends and fads happen all the time. Music evolves and also goes in cycles where music may be similar. Can you imagine Aerosmith crying that Bon Jovi copied them by hair if very long hair, a drummer, guitars, piano, main singer, etc.? it’s Ludicrous. Those groups do it focus on others. I am a 72 y.o. American Grandma, white. I am in LOVE with BTS and my bias is definitely Jungkook! I bought his CD "Golden" the first day it was available on Amazon! It was this album that brought my attention to BTS. Since then, I have watched every single episode of Run BTS! I spent MANY hours with a huge smile on my face. 😁🥰 I love their spirit, their music, their personalities and everything they stand for and have accomplished! LONG LIVE BTS!

I've tried to understand during a few minutes why they do that but I'm just pissed... I would say that's because of jealousy but I think they're just bad people.
