- If you are wondering how long it takes to walk from the Grand Pacific Palisades Resort to the LEGOLAND Resort in Carlsbad - this is a POV walk. Our walk took less than 10 minutes! This resort was far less expensive than staying at the LEGOLAND Hotel but it was still VERY nice! We love the LEGOLAND hotel but this is an excellent option if you are trying to save some money on a trip to LEGOLAND in San Diego California.
