love every video of yours, is so chilling watching them, and learn from them. This one got a lot of "Ghostwire Tokyo" vibes, but with more humans and less yokai. Keep it this way, you're great!
That scene at 0:20 is just amazing; night photography is a different flavour. Do you use an ND for the pocket 3 to keep the shutter speed down? Also, do you have a certain way to mount it without getting in the way of the photography? That's my main issue with it right now.
Really nice shots! I noticed that you shot most of the photos with an f 2 aperture. Do you think something like the Fuji 23mm f 2.0 is enough for low light. I consider getting this one as my first prime over the way more expensive 23mm f 1.4 version. Currently own the 16-50mm f 2.8-4.8
I congratulate you on your skill in the composition of the shot. It would be interesting if you did more videos on your editing process, that would be very interesting. I like to see the before and after photos.
How did the lens fare in the rain? I got a 35mm GM for wet weather after much comparison between the available options. The sigma lens looks better though
Did you have any issues with the camera in the rain? there were some real rainy days in Shikoku and one day in Hiroshima last month and I thought about getting a cover from yodobashi, but couldn't make up my mind. So I ended up not taking the camera out during the rain. but my a7iii is new so I was more careful haha.
@@adriensanguinetti Fair point. The Sigma does look far better and for that reason even I considered it but then I got the Sony as they were running good offers on it. Honestly, I find even the Sony 35mm to be heavy for an EDC and considering the Samyang 35 2.8!
You adding more grain to some of these edits than usual? Looks good but seems like more than usual for you (weird that’s a thing I can kind of notice).
@@adriensanguinetti yeah, definitely noticed it on the night ones. Still great shots/edits. I must have just watched enough of your editing videos to spot the difference.
Well -- nice Video for sure ! I love Japan by the way - -was there about 15 times ! What I estimate extremely highly is the fact, that Japan is not the western multi-cultural society and i can only hope for the country and the people and the nation of Japan , that they stay strong and withstand the possible power from outside to change this fact ! I witness what countries like Germany ( governed by the most stupid and quite criminal persons anyway ! ) is going through during the last decades and now since 2015 it is getting absolutely crazy -- just insane how dangerous the country has become and even more insane how the sleepy Germans keep paying more and more for this sick development ! Every country in the world should have the bloody right to keep it`s cultur and it`s customs and every country in the world should keep the interests of it`s own nation at first place !
You, faizal wescott, paulie b, mike chudley, eren sarigul are my favorite channels. So much good content
Thanks for the big compliment 😊

phewwwww! that whole intro and the last shot were just incredible. I'm trying to resist the pocket 3 and you're not helping 😂
hell yea, it's been fun watching the journey so far to being attached to 35mm hahaha, keep up the good work :)
Thanks! Will do!
What a great channel. Keep the videos coming!
I love the way you explain things. :) Just found your channel, you have a new subscriber.

the last 2 photos were beautiful
Hmmm.. about the overall weight, maybe you can replace your A7iv with an A7Cii to cut some grams from the weight?👀
Probably my favorite place in Japan!

I think the Sigma is less weather sealed than the GM but nothing to report, it works still perfectly and seems to be able to handle even more rain

How did setting for osmo pocket 3?? I want to know that
Pretty simple, D log, -0.3 on the exposure compensation and full automatic. Then the gimbal mode I change it depending on the situation
@@adriensanguinetti thank you reply have a nice day!!!
Is 33mm on APS-C too zoomed in for street photography?
No, it would make a 50mm focal length with I absolutely love for street
Nice shots. Why not the Sony 35mm 1.8 which is lighter than Sigma?
Good question, honestly I wanted to try the Sigma simply because it looks better from the outside. The Sony might be a better lens though ^^'

Haha yes maybe on the night shots but for the daytime one I think I did not overdo it

Amazing

I'm not sure if there's anything as cool as rainy night time photography in Japan, it's almost cheating.
